I'm going to be honest - except when he used force or targeted underage girls (which he did in a at least some cases), I don't really care that he traded gigs for sex with adults. They are all screwing around anyway for power plays (or, like Asia Argento, also going after kids), and these high profile actors aren't exactly suffering if they don't get the jobs. Hollywood is a culture of damaged people at best and depraved narcissists and and sociopaths at worst, and as long as they target each other I don't really care.
I think the focus on Weinstein was about sacrificing someone important to public ridicule for relatively minor abuses compared to what the rest of Hollywood does regularly. We all know the rumors about directors of child actor shows/movies (like Dan Schneider, or even Spielberg) doing what Weinstein did, but with kids who were essentially pimped out by their parents rather than a bunch of narc actors. I care way more about that than Harvey getting Angelina Jolie's twentieth BJ of the day, but guess what got investigated and got the news coverage?
