With the stay at home orders and quarantine stuff I don't really have a choice, luckily I learned about a year ago how to cut my own hair as good as a barber or hair dresser could.

I had it short before the lockdown, but I took most of it off with clippers and then shaved it, however it seems to be growing back something fierce. Might need to shave again tomorrow. Got a right action man fuzz going on atm.

Yep. As someone that generally hates people and loves being home and working from home this has been great. Other than the less fortunate people dying, getting sick as they have to go to work or having income reduced or gone of course. Feel bad for everyone not able to ride this out safely, and the extroverts getting stir crazy. For the wife and it just made us realize we’re happier being near hermits and not being zapped with forced interactions with colleagues and strangers.

Have a Remington clipper that works perfectly fine.
Sometimes I use the combs incorporated to trime the edges of the beard as well, but am saving the beard this year.

But it's a good thing now, people will give their seats in public transport or let you through in the store thinking you're dying. Plus there are those still thinking cancer is contagious so they'll stay away.

I never shaved my head before, since I would look like a murderer, but I did have to give myself a haircut a few times. First one I had to learn it, and turned out “ok,” second one was fine. I was lucky I already had a fully equipped beard trimmer

Your ego has to be pretty big if you exclusively get hair cuts at public places, home haircuts are fine and kinda expected, so I'll defend home hair cuts, great cost saving, and no waiting in line. You can have basic knowledge to cut your own hair or have a family member who can cut it for you.

Plan to do it next week. God I hope I won't fuck it up. Though it takes 5 minutes for a barber to do it with a machine, so I think I should be able to do it. And if it works fine, then I will do it myself from then on.

Cut mine again using my clippers without the guard. Didn't
bother shaving it again with the razer afterwards though. I suspect I'll do that next time, as it took about all of a week to get longer than I wanted.

I'm bald naturally, so I shave and hit it again with the Gillette Fusion in the shower anyhow. Comes natural as hell to me. I wouldnt mind having hair, but I dont stress being bald either. It's how you wear it, not what it is.
