I think people should credit others in OPs more often. I posted the updated release date for Episode 1: Racer today and it got merged into an older thread and a title update, doesn't hurt to throw out a tag with a simple "thanks for the update" in the OP. I do it all the time with my threads.

I mean, not a big deal or anything, not the end of the world, just thinking out loud.

Yesterday my post about Squadron release date in the trailer viewing thread got directly copied into a separate thread by somebody else 14 minutes after I first posted it, which is fine, but I just think it's cool when people reference the poster they source from.

DunDunDunpachi Tesseract Apologies if this is a stupid question, but when it's said that photons travel in waves, it's kind of confusing, but adding that they travel in lines if observed adds another layer of confusion. When we say a photon or electron travels in a "wave" (until it collapses), precisely what is the wave-like nature of the motion / behaviour or structure of them pre-collapse?

I look at it this way. Imagine a 2D being trying to understand a 3D being like yourself. They exist on a 2D plane like a sheet of paper you are in 3D. They can't even imagine what you are like, even if you try and describe it to them. So let's say you take 3 of your fingers and stick them through their plane of existence. From their point of view they would see three circles. Now you tell them what they are seeing. You say each circle is a cross section of one of your 3 fingers.

They probably wouldn't be able to wrap their minds around that idea no matter hard hard you tried to explain. I imagine the whole wave/particle dilemma is something similar. We are seeing something that would make perfect sense to a being of higher dimensions. To us it breaks our mind.
