Yeah that's one thing I never understood. Why can I order something that's out of stock and they will ship it when it comes in, but when it comes to systems they don't seem to let you.

I kept refreshing and about 1 out of every 20 tries it actually added it to the cart. Keep trying if you have the patience

You choose your language when you boot. As for the boxes, etc., it'll likely be in English, with German and French on the back. The usual EU approach.
