What is the status of your next-gen pre-order?

Does your Argos one still say 'sit tight we are processing your order' or has it updated since that?

Sorry, I've got my Series X with them and out Tuesday but hasn't changed status. You are on about PS5, I'm not expecting updates on that until this time next week.

My real next gen console haven't got a shipment on it yet sadly with only a few days to go.

The PS5 order said it will take the money this week eventhough we have a while for launch still.
 
GAME (UK) are now listing Series S/X as 18th Dec release.

I guess that's when the second batch arrives.

I got a S and X from Argos, they took the money straight away and it says "Sit tight - your order is in progress "
I also have a X from Amazon and that says "Ariving Tuesday". Money not taken for that one yet.

I would like to think your pretty much guaranteed delivery on lanch day with Argos. I ended up buying one off Amazon as well in the chaos but I think my Nephew's having that and I might take the S back as I was getting that for my Son until I saw the price of the external ssd.
 
Best Buy status changed from "Pre-Ordered" to "Preparing for Pickup on Thursday - We'll notify you when it's ready."

Looks like they're trying to control pick-up traffic as much as possible.

BestBuy.ca still arriving as early as the 12th for the PS5.

XSX on amazon.ca, still no charge, "we'll email you when we have an estimated delivery date." Starting to get worried about my xbox :messenger_grimmacing_
 
Got the call for my nephew's Series X from Best Buy. Can't wait to crack it open with him and watch magic.

Waiting for the call for my PS5. Exciting times.

We are on the same boat at the same 2 stores so at least your not alone.
 
Got a mail about my PS5 yesterday, ETA is December but not confirmed. I don't mind waiting, will be interesting to read first consumer impressions next week.

There are those hopeful about them shipping before street date. I was, I'm not so sure. I don't think any XSX orders have been processed/shipped by them and we're already at the weekend.

I can't have much hope PS5 to be different, but.. who the heck knows. Their CS Chats say sorry, it is what it is. If I don't see a sign of shipping, I'll try to get one from Walmart or BB on launch date for pickup and hope I get one. If that doesn't work out, I'll get the Target one when I get it. If I get both, I'll return the Target one when I get it.

"Good news - your pre-order # for item # is on it's way. DPD UK will deliver as early as the official release date. To track your order, use ref. # in the DPD UK website."

Soon as I get that confirmation I'm contacting FedEx to just pick it up at the local FedEx/Kinkos. I'm not taking my chance on porch pirates out and about on PS5 release day.

I want to think Target does a good job. I enjoy Target stores. They're like the new K-Mart. I have had some odd experiences in the last three years.

1. Switch wouldn't turn on out of box. Had to replace.
2. Bought Code Vein online and they didn't have the copy when I arrived to pick it up.
3. Bought Dark Souls on the Switch and had to wait a couple days to get it.

I am trusting them with my console pre-order and so far I still have this: 13th-17th deliver range. I'm in the Midwest, so I know it's probably got an unfair advantage of who gets one. This place can either make it or break it in terms of living up to shipping expectations.
 
Gamestop confirmed me I'll get ps5 on Italian d1 (being in lockdown they will send mine to home instead of store pickup), amazon sent me a mail saying that xsx will be delivered on d1 for sure but without tracking because will be shipped with a separate courier directly to the customer without passing in their warehouse (I presume from Ms logistic partner directly).
 
Ms store uk just change status of my xbsex and s to shipped :messenger_beaming:

it is coming via ups which I never had any issues with so might arrive Monday

If yours like mine says "Scheduled Delivery" I doubt Monday.

Pretty sure it's scheduled not before Tuesday

That's a bit sad when Argos doing better job than Microsoft Store :(

Nothing on my order, still as "pre-ordered".

Will there by a thread about sharing photos of you and your next gen consoles, games and accessories? It could be a fun thread :P
 
An Xbox Series X has been added to the My Devices area on my Microsoft account. The serial number is on there too.

Not sure if anyone else has noticed that. Obviously, I ordered directly from MS store.

yes, this happened to me as well, I can see serial numbers for both s and x

Lies. I got my Wal-mart order yesterday at 11:23am. I live in Atlanta BTW. Not sure how or why they sent it early.

Mine from MS Store has been sitting in Kentucky since Wednesday. Says overnight shipping so it will probably move on Monday.
