I hope so! I usually get stuff sent to me by UPS / FedEx, so maybe it's because Amazon is playing things close to the chest that they're being careful or something. I still don't have an update on my end, but I'll keep checking throughout the night.
That's cool. Hopefully they'll update me in a few hours!

I had preorders in at multiple places for my family.. MS Store is on track for 11-10 but yeah Target FINALLY shipped and its via "Smartpost" which we've had MAJOR issues with for other shipments and it's set to arrive on 11-16. I'm scared we won't see it at all... Smartpost really is that bad. Ugh

Seems like Argos are using anyone. Mine supposedly with DPD but tracking number doesn't work, you mention DHL and sure I read another post with another courier.

Update I got the email
That's the delay email. I have not received any delayed mail. I also do not see any label in FedEx Manager.
My Walmart order still says "arrives November 12th" as it has said since I preordered digital edition on the 16th.
Yesterday, customer support told me it would ship tomorrow, arrive on the 12th. Fingers crossed I guess...
It's good I haven't received the email? Is this email stating it's a certain delay or just that a delay is a possibility?
I hope that just is just a precautionary similar to what Amazon sent out at the beginning of ps5 preorders..
My account still says arriving on the 12th

Definitely!! I am hoping that most, if not everyone gets theirs on release date. Regardless of shipper or console. I think, from what I've been watching, this is the worst set of launches I've ever seen. I've seen a LOT of launches... dating back to Atari systems (The original ones).

Xbox from MS....sat in Kentucky for a few days and moved to Indiana this afternoon. A few states away but has a delivery for tomorrow listed. Shipping is listed as "fedex overnight" so it should move super quickly now.
PS5 from Sony....been sitting in NJ not too far away for a few days. Delivery set for Thursday.
PS5 from Amazon...hasn't shipped yet. It's for my brother who I won't see until next week so not too worried about this one.

For the Amazon order, as long as you have a date then you are good (from my experience). They almost always hit their arrival date even if it means same day shipping the day of.

Blah, I have a Walmart pre order in to arrive on the 12th , but I can't see what they are emailing me since it's really old account and I don't have access to that email address anymore. Trying to change it only sends a temporary password to that old account. Anyway I can see what they send me other than the website status?

They may have sent one, but I can't even get to the mailbox to if they did or not. I have a feeling that all of us are getting the same mail eventually regardless. It's probably more of a "just in case" i figure.

It may depend what area of the country your from as main warehouses will be different, I'm north Yorkshire and it's DHL for me from Argos (my tracking no works). As a company we use multiple delivery companies such as DPD and Yodel. Courier availability may also be a reason for the use of different companies.
If your tracking number doesn't work don't worry just wait a bit longer.

My series X is "being prepared for delivery", but I did not receive a tracking code yet. I'm fearing the worst. (Mediamarkt Belgium)

Very strangely, I got shipping confirmation (it's in NJ now) and final invoice and they charged my card . Then put they money back? I called bank and asked if it was declined and she said no she doesn't even see the transaction and if it was declined she'd see a security note . But nothing . Ummm...

So I went and just for the hell of it used Amazon's self service live chat and when I asked about status of my XSX, it says "We're preparing this order, and its on track for on-time delivery.", and then when I asked "how fast will it ship?", it replies with "Looks like there isn't a delivery date for this order."...
How the hell can it be on track for a delivery date that doesn't exist?
If you complain enough they'll discount the console, worked for me, and made me missing launch day hurt less... I ended up paying $460 USD (after taxes) for Series X saving me almost 72.50... that's almost another year of Gamepass, or one new game (probably will be 2k21)
Granted, I spend almost 3-600/mo there from household products, clothes, food so maybe they value me as a customer IDK.

That's what's frustrating. I took tomorrow off because I have two consoles ordered. I didn't want $1000 with of stuff sitting on my porch. Now it looks like Target and Best Buy aren't doing release day delivery.
