Irrelevant. This is the case with literally any product you buy by any big company. Doesn't have a bearing on how much a game should cost. This is dictated by how much the marketplace is willing to pay, and by the ROI the developer wants to make. No pricing of any product on the market is "justified" by the ratio of where the profits go. So the argument of "they're a billion dollar company, they don't need that money!" as resetera loves to do, is absurd.

I used to watch a lot of Anime/Film critique at Youtube, so i asked a some of them who do you recommend for Video Games and some of the people i liked said Jim Sterling, that was around 2016. I went there to see what kind of insight i will find on his channel, turns out he is just some kind of mix between Comedian/Gamer. I really didnt find anything worthwhile so after i watched few videos i just left his channel.
I still visit his channel when people link his videos once in a while but i cannot finish a video made by him. It's just not really good lol. Perhaps im mistaken and someone can correct me, but i find Jim Sterling to not be really a good critic, his review lack insightful content, he doesnt really go indepth about the game and his sense of humor feels off, Im not exaggerating when i say i will take someone as loud as AngryJoe over him, really! AngryJoe with all his flaws seem way better better as a game reviewer. ACG is also better. Any Reviewer you guys recommend? Someone with actual critical thinking and good insight on games.

When you rely only on Youtube and it's associated Patreon for a living a lot of channels eventually find the most efficient path to making money from the followers. Which in some cases means telling the woke mob what they want to hear so they clap like seals and throw money at the dancing monkey.
It's not just woke shit that causes me to unsub from people I've followed for a long time, it's that they make the same damn video every time with very little variation becuse thats what makes them the most money per video. Livestreams seem to be the thing now for some Youtubers so they can farm superchat cash.
