Gunk looking good would probably be enough for me honestly. They're already fairly stacked, but could stand to hint at some smaller titles for October / November / December.

First looks on future titles possibly (Avowed, Fable et al??
I seriously doubt it.

Maybe Fable, since they're a UK developer I think. But even then, I think they'd save that for E3 personally. Forza H 5 is literally in a few months.

Halo Infinite campaign gameplay and release date. Gameplay and release dates for Scorn, Crossfire X, The Gunk, Bright Memory Infinite, Tunic, Exo Mecha, Shredders and Echo Generation.

Finish it off with a studio acquisition announcement. :messenger_beaming:

I dont think they will announce a halo release date, and i bet most of the presentation will be about indie games

I wonder if we will ever get resolution upgrades from the backwards compatibility team like they did for 360 games for xb1 games

They showed off gears of war ultimate edition to digital foundry with a 4K upgrade but still never released

Updates on The Gunk and CrossfireX would be nice. Also maybe some small surprises like Final Fantasy Pixel remasters coming to Xbox and game pass.I'm trying to be realistic as I don't think we will see any megaton stuff. Maybe more Perfect Dark info? more on Elder Scrolls Skyrim Anniversary? I would like new game plus and more achievements.

I'm fine with no new announcements. I think it's more of a question as to when the already announced games will be coming and if we see new gameplay from them.

This is one I'd like to see something about. Was supposed to be out this month, but no new info yet. Probably delayed.

Yeah there has been little hype behind this presentation so i wouldnt expct miracles. probably some updates for Halo and Forza, a couple of other bigger games, some Indie stuff, and probably a lot of talking compared to the E3 presentation.
Should still be worth a watch though.

Is it actually starting at the time on the Youtube pre-stream thing or is that just going to be a fucking annoying countdown like it always is?

What the duration of the show.

I usually don't always watch Xbox events, but i feel i'm so starving for gaming events recently, def gonna try to check this one. Not saying i have high expectations, but yeah.

Sitting at the office with this full screen'd on left monitor.

Any word on how long this is? I'm going to be out running around the first half hour or so.

Edit N/M answered above. Hopefully I don't miss much.

Can you add its supposed to run about 90 minutes since I see people asking

My expectations from the show:

  • Halo Infinite campaign footage with a release date
  • Forza Horizon 5 goodies
  • Age of Empires IV gameplay
  • Hellblade 2 update (Though they are keeping it for TGA that's pretty much sure)
  • Stalker 2 gameplay
  • Battlefield 2042 gameplay
  • Far Cry 6 gameplay
  • Quake
  • More backward compatibility

These will be good enough for me!

Temper your expectations guys, NS already said that GC will be all about games releasing THIS year, so no new titles or info footage from games coming in 2022 and beyond.

I recognize the name of the hosts, but I don't really know them.
Is it gonna be a cringe fest? Because if it is, then I'm just gonna wait for the trailers instead.

I was hoping for a straight to the point presentation like they did at E3.

I would wait for the trailers, I don't think it would be as quick/firey as e3
