Yeah it's easy for me to change but the thing is I just couldn't leave my team as the only senior figure , and we've rejected quite a numbers of candidate that applied for the positions here . My managers and the company has some of the nicest peoples that I've worked with , but I don't think I can continue doing Software Development . I've been doing it for 10 years and never once in my life I enjoyed it .
