Is he the same guy who posted back in the day, on the shorter side height wise, used to wear a fedora type hat? The name seemed familiar but from my lurking / 2014-ish days.

Seems like the type that would think buying a video game with links to someone with fairly mainstream views who's so rich it literally can't matter to her is an act of violence.

Man it's really annoying that the boat we were on last month had all this cardio equipment with bells and whistles like NFC to an Apple Watch to track the workout so you get more/more accurate stats, while our gym here, only a couple years old, has none of thatā€¦but if I want to go into their theater and watch pew pew marvel movies they got thatā€¦.greatā€¦.

No, the newer gym with equipment that doesn't synch to my watch has a theater. But all they show are dumb marvel movies. I was on a cruise last month that had nicer equipment that you just tap your watch to, then it synchs your stats to actual.

Although, Apple Watch is pretty good at approximating treadmill distance because it knows my stride length from outdoor walks/hikes.

It's a room with a big ass screen with various cardio equipment that's tiered so everyone can see. I saw it in the tour and have never used it. But I'm training for a 17 mile Grand Canyon hike so I could see myself maybe giving it a shot during multi-hour stamina building sessions in the next couple weeks.

Concept is great. Content is a factor though. I'd rather listen through 3 2 hour podcasts than stare at marvel movies personally.

But yeah at that level your mind goes places and having something to look at once in a while is a nice distracting.

While I appreciate the 4 year old joining the efforts to potty train the 2 year old, I wasn't prepared for hearing "yeah yeah push those potties outā€¦" coming from the bathroom.
 
Fookin 'ell mate, I might actually buy this Harold Pottingham game. Never read or watched anything related to it besides accidentally seeing like 10 mins of one of the movies while high out of my mind. That was enough to make me steer clear of the franchise but the hype is just too much to ignore.

Books are legit great. I'm looking forward to reading them to my kids when they're a bit older. Haven't followed any spin-offs or whatever but the original series is engaging and easy reading.

I feel like creating an alt or ban evading is like writing a love letter to a girl who dumped youā€¦what's the fucking point bro? Have some self respect and move on. I can't imagine begging someone to take me back, or going through the trouble of creating an alt account on a video game forum.

I'd be sad if I got perm'd but then I'd probably be likeā€¦welp time to find some new folks to talk to, or finally geolocate Maiden Voyage Maiden Voyage and pop out of the bushes in his greenhouse when he's not expecting itā€¦

Take some time off after a perm. As long as you didn't go out blasting, you can always apologize and ask to come back. If I can survive a perm, I'm sure others can too. Just be decent when you get your second chance.
 
Remember three years ago when I used to tweet about the music company Defected? I flood this thread with songs I liked.

The passion I have for this brand and its music eventually led me to pursue a DJ course, and I am thrilled to announce that I just passed my exam this past Saturday for level 1.

To celebrate this achievement, I wanted to share the set that I used for the exam. I am not satisfied with the music set I used for my DJ session, but I selected those songs to make easy transitions. The last song is more in line with my style.

I still have to keep improving and study much more for this career, but I'm on my way to doing it. And that's why I have for an avatar the picture of a DJ.

I hope you all enjoy it!

 
My favorite type of argumentative writing is when a government agency pisses me off and I've got nothing to lose by taking off the kids gloves and throwing down. I'm usually the one preaching speak softly and be accommodating etc. as the path of least resistance, but every once in a while you run into a complete numb skull who needs a good chewing out and a I WANT A SUPERVISOR letter
 
EviLore EviLore have you noticed any kind of interesting Hogwart's Legacy effect in the user statistics, or is it hard to really pin down what the causal associations are for any particular pattern in the site metrics?
