Pricing concerns never made it into video streaming, likely due to the content size differences. You mean like how the boys can't be streamed on prime because amazon own the infrastructure and create the series? Your homelander avatar is the perfect expression for this take.
I agree with youwhat
Probably in the word "unity" because nobody can be straightforward anymore. Is she seorusly hyping ac unity? Bruh.

No she's just been doing these emoji puzzles for a few weeks. Just an engagement thing. Nothing more.I'm guessing AC Unity is coming to Game Pass

There will be a replacement cloud tech by the time the CMA get off their collective asses. It seems that the CMA won't be delivering a verdict on this faster than the deadline. As I recall, they had stated they would attempt to deliver their decision a good bit before the 29th. If not this week then something is holding them up.

Probably just want to make it appear like they're working hard.It seems that the CMA won't be delivering a verdict on this faster than the deadline. Maybe they thought the extension til the 18th Oct was for them.It seems that the CMA won't be delivering a verdict on this faster than the deadline. They have to make sure Microsoft's assurances the aircraft carrier will depart by Aug. 28th will be met, so they'll wait until the 29th.Probably just want to make it appear like they're working hard.

Microsoft and Activision Blizzard Restructure Proposed Acquisition
In January 2022, Microsoft announced the proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard, Inc., to advance our goal to bring more creative and innovative games to players everywhere and on any device. Today, we are taking another important step regarding this transaction.blogs.microsoft.com
Ubisoft gets cloud streaming rights to ABK games in perpetuity.
New games for the next 15 years. Sounds like after that, Microsoft will resume ownership of any new games for ABK cloud streaming.
I thought this was already submitted and we were waiting on the CMA's response?
I Thought the same, probably instead they were talking with the CMA and this is the results of those meetings...I thought this was already submitted and we were waiting on the CMA's response?

So does this mean they can't make any Activision game exclusive for 15 years or is it just no cloud gaming exclusives for 15 years?
Also lol we have awhile to go
It's cloud, the 10 year deal with sony was for cod only, not sure if switch was for more than cod but it was 10 years aswell after which who knows, but I think most expect it to lock down to exclusivity after that if xbox hasn't died anyway.cloud gaming exclusives for 15 years?
This also means they obviously can't buy Ubisoft after it goes through I imagine lolSo what happens if someone buys ubisoft, this has to be similar the the amd x86 license. if they are bought the contract ends?

So let's say the new infinity ward rpg is exclusive, Sony could still technically have the game but cloud only if they paid for streaming from Ubisoft?
Is this deal at all worth it for Microsoft? Are they just too far in to give up?
The talks with the CMA must have been going badly because this seems drastic.
Is this UK only? Can't see them concede for something already accepted outside of UK

Not sure, CMA previously said they will be knocking back any time limited solutions.I

Sony already have a deal in place for Ubisoft games. It sounds like that could very well be a scenario. Where Microsoft makes an ABK game console exclusive but Sony could work out a deal with Ubisoft to stream the game on PS+.

Only for 15 years of content, after that all future content is 100% MS's.Ubisoft holding ABK ip in perpetuity according to that.
That's quite a concession to make and I really don't see what Microsoft is actually gaining now. If they believe cloud is the future then this doesn't benefit them much at all
