Combat of the first one reminded me of a mobile game. This one does not look better.
If they don't step up on that, Microsoft won't have a single 90+ game this gen other than Forza LMAO.

Adam, after the countless bans you received and after all the shit you've been getting from others for being a so-called Xbox stan, what do you do ? you double down by keep doing the same shit by being "cute" and everything.

Again, you know I'm right, RIGHT ?

Game is still a good while away, they haven't hit the polish stage yet; there should be a good visual bump as release approaches. Some assets are still clearly placeholder or in a transient state. This footage is possibly even a few builds older than where they currently are.

This latest build is not as technically impressive as that first teaser, but it's still a great looking game with some great atmosphere.
Much more believable of what the final game will look like.

Although I'm still a little apprehensive about how scripted it will be.

One of the best looking things (graphically) coming I think.
But the longer it takes to release, the less hype.

I think the character models look significantly better than the giant demo but about on par with the first teaser which was clearly pre-rendered CGI at the time.

You've got to admit adam if this were god of war you'd get a million threads about "the gameplay", and how the close over the shoulder combat sucks, but I suspect that's mainly because far fewer people give a shit about hellblade and that generally means less of the hate from fanboys too.

Well, I won't comment much on that but that was likely because of the way they changed genres.

Hellblade 2 looks like it plays the same as the first one just on a much higher production level.

Nah. Still looks great, but definitely not on par with visual fidelity of that first teaser.

Visuals are crazy good.
I mean, the issue here isn't that the visuals aren't good, - it's that they're firmly in uncanny valley territory, here. The bulging eyes, the unnatural mouth etc. Ugh. For me, it's the opposite of realistic, and more like what an AI generator would come up with.

Game has a great "CG" look to it. Feels like this Gen's Ryse or The Order.

Hope the gameplay is a little less confined though, glad it's coming out finally in 2024.

The gameplay reminds me of GOW but definitely a lot slower. The camera angle definitely plays a lot into it. It feels more deliberate like I feel like there are stances, parries and attack direction. I need to see a long gameplay trailer though and not just snippets.

GTAVI will have plenty of competition by the time it comes out with this and Wukong. Who knows what else will be out by 2025. I guess late '24 is when this gen starts graphics-wise.

You can tell it's going to be a boring walking sim once again.

And anything can look impressive visually if you put it in darkness with shadows. An old ass trick in gaming

Graphics look good.

Hopefully they will make some intricate, interesting puzzles this time around. And don't depend entirely on graphics to carry the game.

Combat was fine last time. Don't understand the complaints. It was short game with few encounters. Wasn't deep or varied but didn't felt burnt out cause there was little of it.

This and Stalker 2 are my most anticipated games of 2024 (not including Elden Ring DLC since it's DLC). Hope this is as good as it looks. I played the first one taking edibles for each playthrough and using headphones. Was an amazing experience.

This game completely blew me away with the graphics, atmosphere, and the combat seems to be way more dynamic and free-flowing. Great job Ninja Theory.

Incredible graphics. This may end up being the new graphics benchmark when it releases especially with regards to character models and facial animation. It still looks like it's strictly following the gameplay formula of the first game which does disappoint me. I was hoping for a bit more of "game" this time. Hopefully they've added some more depth and variety to the gameplay.

I am pretty excited for this one and the trailer looks great dont get me wrong but story-wise i do not get how will a sequel work.

So she is not schizophrenetic? Or if she still is, i mean she must be, would it be impactful like the first one.

i dont know, hope this exceed my expectations cuz its low.

So much for all those wild claims of open worlds and improved combat.

Looks like it's gonna be more of the same face screaming cutscenes and tiny combat arenas again 1 or 2 foes
