Yes, I can usually play games all day long, but this game makes me a little sick after a while. Way too much shaky, non-fluid movement.

I really hate the winner's circle. This is nothing more than a time waster to give them a reason to sell skins and emotes.

There's a lot of 'motion reduction' options that you can enable. I normally don't bother with that sort of thing but the amount of camera sway and other nonsense really made for a rollercoaster experience lol. I turned a lot of dials all the way down.

I've been on it and been play off the game too. Who cares though? I don't like anything I can't skip.

You get like 10 or 11 2XP gun and XP tokens, and there a few 30 min. Don't forget to pop them. It took me like 5 or 6 hours to get to 20, and that's with match making lag/issues.How many hours did it take to get to 20?

Also, the lobby interface doesn't show you have the tokens active (looks like it should since there are place holders for it), but you can add them through the battlepass (that shows the countdown).
Also, lean on the daily challenges with the 2xp active. You should hit 20 fast playing objective-based matches

I'm mostly just interested in the campaign and PVE modes as CoD PvP was never something I played for very long. I much prefer other PvP FPS shooters probably because CoD is so fast and frenetic other than Warzone

With the smaller maps, you get shot in the back alot. The omnimovement is kind of cool. For the console, at least playstation, you can run and hold O with a directional button and do different dives.
Honestly, most people aren't doing anything crazy except the annoying bunny hopping. I find myself trying to slide and slide/cancel, but that's due to 100 of hours in BLOPs 3/4

Halo, Overwatch 2, Destiny 2 (back in the day before it went to shit) for FPS games.
I always had trouble with the Doom games except for 3 due to motion sickness.

Played a couple of rounds. First COD in 3 years
- Omni-movement seems pretty good.
- Not enjoying the unlock system, shit's a bit played out... no I don't want to play with a gun with no attachments while I earn XP.
- Runs good on PC, looks good enough to me
- Not sure about the maps, but I haven't learned them. Trending negative
- Pop up every round informing me that Microsoft's AI Gestapo will be monitoring my comms if I dare unmute my mic -- fuck off
- Didn't get to play my preferred game modes... I mean there's never FFA in the betas so not too surprising there. Didn't run into SnD either?
- Scoring seems kind of wack, seems like it gives you an 'elimination' even if you don't actually get the kill. Misinterpreted or is KD ratio too toxic in 2024?
- Overall pretty fun though.

Cronus? I was under the impresion it can reduce recoil and make aim assist more sticky but doesn't allow to see through walls.
But yeah I forgot about that, it's banned on PS5 but not PS4/PS4Pro.

This is my first COD I've played in earnest since OG MW3. Last COD I got was that multiplayer only one and barely played that.
Immediate feedback : feels like COD and that's not a bad thing for me.
Movement and TTK feel exactly how I remember it overall.
The first time I tried to knife someone only to hit them with the butt of my rifle definitely was a surprise.
Hardpoint : damn, this is a really fun mode. My favorite of the rotation so far.

Activision has been recording voice chats since before they were owned by MS.
It shows your KD in real time on the score screen.

It does show your average K/D or score in games, W/L ratio and points in capture etc. The less emphasis on KD and more on contribution in other game modes (not TDM) promotes better team play. Which is a good thing.
The weapons progression is fine and expected. It is really fun though and the best player killcam is quite cool. Was totally cracked in a match and managed a 6 kill streak one of those lol, wished I recorded it.
