Does anyone have comparison CCU numbers for other major Xbox releases that also came out day one on Gamepass?

Because that sounds... very low, regardless.

Yikes. Yeah, gamepass and all, but we have numbers for other games that have also been day one on gamepass.
Some I know and some approximates:
Starfield 300k+
Stalker 2 100k+
Persona 3 Reloaded 45k
Gears 5 10k
Redfall 6k
Hellblade 2 5k

It's Monday though and EU is already sleeping. Let's see what they get to ok the weekend. I mean I don't see exponential growth , but 20-25K CCU would be better vs current.

MS messed up the release and marketing for this one, IMO.

It's actually a good game so it's a shame.

Why can they never seem to get the marketing right for games of this type (immersive sim/stealth)?

In comparison, it's not great.

I think Stalker 2 was over 100K or something like that.

PS5 will be needed to save it

Honestly, I don't think it will.

This is not a uncharted clone people were being led to believe it was going to be. First person entirely makes sense here (I'd go as far as saying they should have made the whole thing first person because the cuts to 3rd person are immersion breaking and 100% pointless), and I can't believe they did such a poor job in explaining and demonstrating why.

I couldn't play it even if I wanted. Game needs a raytracing capable GPU to work, because lighting is handled with RT Global Illumination afaik?
Need 5080 stat!

It will go up on Sunday, but I don't think it goes much higher than 25K. It's a shame because the game is solid and much more polished than STALKER 2 that did big numbers.

I wonder how much better it could have done if Bethesda were still an independent publisher and the game was released normally to be sold for full price on all platforms simultaneously

Ouch.
A shame as seems to be a good game. But I guess they should've picked a different franchise to ride on.

Would have been better off waiting a few days. Early access on Tuesday. Full release on Friday.

Sunday night? Great job sucking all the wind out of your launch.

Not much better. The problem is that the Indiana Jones IP simply isn't the blockbuster it used to be - the last movie lost a staggering $143M for Disney last year. The game bombing was all but certain.

The Indy IP ain't got no juice, mang. People don't care.

Essentially, this. Indiana Jones has long faded from prominence. I'm one of the few who didn't mind Kingdom or the newest film, but it doesn't have the same appeal anymore.

Not in film and certainly not in gaming. I like Troy, but it would've *possibly* helped them in overall reception if they'd landed Ford to voice him, but he's old now. It'd take some work even so.

Haven't heard Troy in the game. Not sure how close he sounds.

Here we go again with the pointless Steam CCU lol. You know this game is 'free' on Gamepass, right?

If they at least tried to make a good Indy movie it could be ... doing a dogshit Kaitlin Kennedy style of movie with Indy casted aside by fcking Phoebe Waller-bridge awful character didnt do any favors for the franchise.. more like the last nail on the coffin.

I plan on subbing to PC GP in a few months to play this and Stalker 2. No way am I interested in buying this.

It was kind of weird releasing the main version at the start of a new week. They should have done the early access last Tuesday and the wide release on Friday so people can play on the weekend. That said, word of mouth will help this and the game will probably have decent legs.

Yep, why in the world would they go with this release schedule we will never know known. Did they get an intern to plan releases now?
