EXODUS Gameplay Trailer: 'The Traveler's Creed'

Fed up with Intergalactic? Tired of what Bioware is putting out?

I think this is flying under some radars. For those who don't know, Exodus is the upcoming RPG from ex-Bioware devs, the ones worked on Mass Effect, including Drew Karpyshyn as writer. It's a new studio. The game was revealed a year ago. We've had a couple cinematic trailers since then, but this is the first time we've seen gameplay.

I take theres a character creator cuz that lead is as generic as they come.

Was looking good until i saw the protagonists started talking and showing up at second 33, the guy looks a bit retarded and the girl with the dumb and dumber hairstyle booof

What's with the character artists lately? Avowed, Heretic, this, etc etc bleeegh

Looks kinda cool but also bland at the same time, I don't know what to think. This is why I hate trailers like this, bunch of jumpcuts and stupidly unoriginal, uninspired stock music/sounds. I wish we got a proper short demo instead. I stand by my opinion that making trailers is an artform itself, and most today suck at it.

I'm in. I'm trusting that it will be a good game, based on the developers and writers - at least better than what modern-day Bioware will cook up for Mass Effect 5.

There's a space armoured bear, how can you not be excited?

Looks nice, characters are goofy but that's today standard. Anyway not everyday we get more ME like.. so i'm definitely interested.

A Male main character
Did they forgot to undergo DEI training ?

Very excited for this. They already have a ton of lore and a 1000page book out lol

Everything was going well, until the poor bear comes out and hits him.

🐻

That's animal abuse.

What is the fault of the space bear?

🧸

What happens to the protagonist for hitting a bear?

Animals have undergone forced evolution enhancing their intelligence. It could be a slave but it also might have the same exact agency of a human working for the "bad guys"

Imagine ending the Game Awards with this, instead of Intergalactic.

Just put it on Steam so that I can wishlist it ...

Can we fuck off with the animal activism where digital video game beasts are involved? (if you are being sarcastic, assume I am addressing people who no doubt will tweet a similar post like yours, but earnestly)

In the PS3 days I would have passed over a game like this, but now there's so much garbage out there I'm actually looking forward to it.

The other, instead of fighting, would give him a basket of food in a national park.

And everyone happy

We didnt know how good we had it. For real, a single player third person shooter where the main character is a white man, a unicorn today basically.

Based on this book series.

Looks mid but also early so we ll see. Not feeling the atmosphere and the art feels pretty bland. Gameplay looks junky but it's a mass effect clone so it's fine. Hopefully they show us an uncut section of gameplay.

They can hit the Woke.

They can make fun of the CEOs of playstation

And even make fun of the protagonist or whatever from Intergalatic...

But let them mess with animals... NO!

I joke... but I don't hit animals in games.

Based on this book series.

That book is a prequel for the games. The author assisted in crafting the world of the game.
