Cuprocyparis leylandii
I've one of them at the mothers! Damn things 30 foot tall! I've got to cut it in half this week, it's taking the utter piss.

It's a big job and there is no way I can do it on my own.
Aye, always better with two!

Omg, this is huge! Now I can post photos without having to screenshot/crop them.

Have a picture of my cat as payment, @EviLore

When I was a tree surgeon I had to deal with them regularly. The only thing worse is a monkey puzzle tree, never again! I'll be paying someone to plant a shit load of Cuprocyparis leylandii.

My cat. Named Lady after the character from Devil May Cry.

Love em! :messenger_smiling_hearts:

I love cats and dogs equal (Hopefully getting a Beagal next..)

I never trust people who say they hate cats! I've had around twelve cats in my lifetime, never had a problem with any of them, each had their own character. If you treat them with respect, you'll have a friend for life, exactly the same with dogs!

Although they can take the piss on the sofa when you want to sit down..

My two are Bengals. Not cheap, but they're hypoallergenic so don't affect my asthma or allergies. They're seventeen this year and one of them is starting to get serious health issues sadly.

I loooove my cat, but I think the worst mistake I ever made was starting her on that pricey Gourmet cat food. Won't eat anything else. Spend more on food for her than I do me. Spoilt.

Oh man they're lovely! Do you let them out? I just couldn't, too many scally wags these days and they'd be snatched straight away round here!

Same here with the health issues. One of ours has stage 4 kidney disease, the vets were actually asking if we wanted him put down, five weeks ago. The missus and me couldn't, and lo and behold he's still going, a true warrior!

It's actually going to break her when it's time, she's got so attached to him it's crazy. He is a nice old boy though

We've only just lost his mate last November too, these two were inseparable

Same with my cat. She loves chicken. Mind you, she'll eat pretty much anything! I once left the room for a few mins and when I came back she had her head in my massive Sports Direct mug and she was slurping Irn Bru :messenger_fearful:

Do you ever take a water to bed, get woken up at 3:10 am to the cat slurping it being a pain in the arse? :messenger_tears_of_joy:

I wouldnt mind, but half the damn house is water bowls!!

Gaf, every now and them I check Facebook, its utterly filled with crap. Lately it keeps showing horror film stills and not saying the name of the film. It's proper annoying..

What is this?

Nope haha. When I lived in my previous house, I would get woken up in the early hours because she liked using me as a springboard to get to a window. The best is waking up in a morning and the first thing I see is her arse because she's slept right on my chest. She's my first cat so all her behaviours were very new to me.

Oh yeah, that's normal, if your human body is a way to a means, that's it. You've served your purpose. There is no more :messenger_tears_of_joy:

Home from work. Seems like a good night for salmon stir fry and racing games.
I'm sensing a Project Cars 2 session :pie_thinking:

No they're strictly house cats because of the horror stories I've read in the news and heard from friends finding their cats run over. We take them out in the garden most days. The blonde spotted cat (Pip) in my photos has stage two kidney disease, hypertension and hyperthyroidism.

He is still his happy little self and has no problems getting about on his own. When his quality of life starts to decline, it'll be me that stays with him when he gets euthanised. My girlfriend experienced being present once for one of our previous pets being euthanised and I won't let her go through that again. I'll always take that bullet!

I give my cats wet food with high protein content, nothing with grain or sugar. They get turkey and chicken mince regularly as well.

Oh man im sorry to hear that, its right crap knowing you're on a time limit. But I know from ours having what he has that at stage two you should have quite a while yet with the right diet etc. Its quite manageable, albeit hard going still

I honestly dont know how mines still going with type 4 six weeks after diagnosis, its crazy!

Oh don't, I keep saying to her I don't even want to talk about it, just take it day by day. If I could do what you do I would but she's bloody minded and wants to be there but I know she'll be a blubbering mess too.

After my tabby passed in 2011 I swore we'd never get another pet for a while, it was too much losing him. A couple of years after that, we had four plus my dad's..

Oh and the neighbours that kept coming round, the neighbour didn't care, she just kept messaging asking if he was in ours when it rained, he used to get in the car too :messenger_tears_of_joy:

So aye, six cats at one point, give or take. Should have opened a Cafe

Dr.Morris79 Dr.Morris79 We break his hypertension tablet in half and we found the other half on the floor shortly after giving it to him via a syringe full of water.

We panicked and rang the vet and she said don't give him another dose just to be on the safe side. The following day he was practically lifeless and unresponsive most of the time, we stayed up with him all night and genuinely thought we would be taking him to the vets the following day to be put to sleep.

When we gave him his hypertension medication the following day he bounced back to normal to our surprise. We're extremely careful now when giving him medication!

I mean, what made you want to learn it

I enjoy learning new stuff, and the thought of being able to create and develop things is pretty exciting. I looked at a few languages and did some research, and I thought Python was the most interesting. That and it's the most beginner-friendly. Dived right in and started a course on Udemy.

Well that was a weird night..

Popped out earlier to grab some stuff, go out into the back garages and notice a huddle of people at the top of the hill. Didn't think much of it, people always gather around the back here when saying goodbye at weekends, so I get in the car..

Come back twenty minutes later, old bill are here, people still huddled together. I go into mine, dump the stuff down and go back out, I'm a nosey bastard and if anythings happend round my area like a break in I want to know..

So I go up to the group, consisting of two blokes, a woman and and old lady on a scooter "Whats happend then?"

"E's been knocking her about"

"Oh, right, who?"

After a few minutes it transpired a bloke three doors up from me had smacked his 16 year old daughter about and his wife, they struck back, hit him with an air fryer. Cops showed up, the bloke claimed they assaulted him.. the wife then stuck up for him..

The daughters crying to the cops she can't be there. They tell her there's nothing they can do, go to your room, lock your door, ring us if you need help

I kick off and say bollocks, you can get her a hotel room for safeguarding, they turn and basically say 'their hands are tied guv'

Girl goes in, people go home, dad's probably fuming..

What in the actual fuck happend in the dog shit country in regards to protecting young girls??

Wankers.

Been sitting here for 90 minutes with the window open waiting to hear a peep from the cunt bag (Excuse my French..)

The old bill here are utterly fucking useless.
