The Switch is cool because you can play Nintendo games on it. Also, you can play on the big screen, or pick it up and use it as a handheld.

That's it.

That's also the biggest knock against it. For anybody not specifically a Nintendo IP fan, it offers nothing. In fact, it offers less than nothing. The (Switch 1) hardware is flimsier than previous Nintendo devices, and also flimsier than a decent mid-high-end Chinese emuheld (dodgy pot sticks, dodgy triggers). And 3rd party software is more expensive than on any other digital marketplace, with considerably fewer and less-impactful rebates.

That post is 100% wrong. Split Pad Pro is a game changer, only way I can play in handheld mode. It's fantastic and mine is now permanently attached as it fits in the dock. Split Pad Pro for handheld, pro controller for docked, perfection.

You're doing the heavy lifting on what you say they're implying. You made a poorly thought drive by post, people pointed it out. Ignore any inconvenient posts as passive aggressive wasted time, then publicly announce said dismissal. You'd think if it was really so bad, you'd have something better than that it doesn't accept DualShock controllers.
