My stuff got exposed during that employment screening company's breach last year or whenever. It's been ridiculous since.

I'm getting around 10 scam calls every day, and have been for a while. Heaven knows why spam mails have gotten less frequent lately instead.

I don't know where you are in the world, but here in Italy, apparently, you change internet / phone / energy provider and your phone number basically becomes your ship in a bullet hell shooter.

Disable all email related check boxes under Account Details and Preferences.
