What game are you currently playing?

It is so easy though... RC Helicopter rotates on the spot. It is nothing like the Zero missions in San Andreas that actually give people conniptions. Start with the highest floor and work your way down.
Thats what made it so hard, though, the Helicopter didn't rotate on spot for me but it driftet aways when i wanted to rotate him. It was very strange behaviour. But nevermind after 3 tries i succeded the mission.
I'm playing the GTA IV mod Vice City.

Oblivion Remastered with what little time I can carve.. right now there are too many games and no time for me. I wanted to play Expedition 33, replay Avowed, play some retro titles, write, do all kinds of shit.. but wtf. My time comes in waves - sometimes so much and then other times no time. Now Switch 2 is coming.. and still more game releases, like Doom and moar. Still behind from years.. never ending. But - a good problem to have.
Yeah focus on the last line, it's a good life to have too much entertainment, or hobbies, don't make it into a burden like many other talking about their backlogs etc.

I'm currently playing:

Oblivion Remastered - My definite GOTY, I really can't praise it enough.

Black Myth Wukong - And people complained about the difficulty in Elden Ring lol

Hollow Knight - I like it more now than at release, probably at my top 5 all time now. Replaying it for my kids, they love watching me play metroidvanias. Played Ori before this.

Dropped off, for now:

Avowed - I enjoyed my time in it more than expected considering the online talk. But after Oblivion I think I'll struggle to go back to it. I'll try though, I think I'm getting into the final stretch.

Elden Ring - I play it regularly, 700h total, but right now I have a playthrough put on hold. Trying to get the last three achievements, frenzied flame ending and legendary weapons.

Shooter Ultimate (2) - I loved the first one, second one is cool too but a bit too similar when playing back to back, so I paused the playthrough.

Between all that I'm doing final touches on a metal song. Attempting to make some kind of progressive thing, and doing all drums manually in Cubase (previously used premade loops), tricky but fun. Mixing is still black magic imo so lots of work to be done there but no ambitions besides creating music so the evolving learning process is part of the hobby I love.

Another Heroic run of Fable Anniversary

I'm checking out the Star Wars Outlaws demo, after playing some of Jedi Survivor and not being that drawn into it...controls take a bit of getting used to, and it's a shame you can't ride the other hoverbikes...but it's ok so far...

Have you ever played Minecraft and said, "I don't want to build shit. I want to play Heretic and have bloody gibs all over the place". What? You never said that? Well fuck you...

And also here's a fun fantasy FPS one destructible voxels with an array of guns wands with one being the portal gun.

Monster Hunter: Wilds.

NGL folks, not feeling it that much. For starters, it's kinda ugly, especially notable cause the same engine was used in the much more visually refined Dragon's Dogma 2 last year. Second, the environments are pretty bland, there's not much, if anything, going on there other than snagging some insects while using my chocobo to go from one monster hunt to the next.

On a somewhat positive (I guess) side, this has a lot more cut-scenes and narrative than I expected. My only real exposure to the MH franchise has bee the PSP games which were basically mission-to-mission stuff with barely any narrative.

Started Shining The Holy Ark not long ago on my Saturn.

The game runs like absolute dogshit, in some instances reaching what might be lowest framerate I've ever seen in a game, and this comes from someone who grew up with the N64.

But man, that's all the bad things I have to say about the game. It's a pretty cool dungeon crawler, with nice and varied dungeon layouts, puzzles and lots of item searching (those fairies...) and combat, which btw has some amazing battle tracks.

Game oozes a lot charm, is quite challenging and very fun. Right now I'm in love with it, definetly recommended.

As they're leaving PS Plus in 10 days I decided to play the Resistance games. Never got around to play them on the ps3. Finished Resistance: Fall of Man last night. Man I am glad we have moved away from the artstyle from the ps3/360 era. This game is pure brown and grey. In terms of the game itself, it was a pretty mindless generic shooter. I heard the second one is quite a big jump up in quality, hoping that's the case. Hoping it's got some more color at least.

Talos Principle 2

Wow, this is turning out to be a surprise..! I won't say anything further because I had no idea, but I like what they've done with the sequel. Puzzles aren't giving me any grief yet, but I imagine I'll be putting the controller through the TV at some point.

I also upgraded to a PS5 Pro. I wasn't planning on getting one until the end of the year, but with all this tariff talk still going on, I thought it was best to get one while it's still cheap..!

(my little side hustle turned out to be a bit more successful than I was expecting, so the upgrade money was already earmarked)

Doing a no needles run in Prey.
It's pretty tough, but I enjoy being resourceful.
I'm still astounded by how good this game is.
Especially the Art direction.
Stunning.

2 has lots of colour but 3 is the best game in the series.

Finished Super Metroid. So good. One of the best games ever. Revenge of the Savage Planet is a lot of fun so far. Will be playing this until Doom comes out. Then after Doom it's on to my summer RPG slate.

Lego fornite with my 4 year old son.

Is just fun playing it together (mostly of the time is me protecting him, he is against fight and using his brand new weapons 😂)

Hollow Knight
Took down the Lost Kin boss today. Satisfying!
It was a good game years ago but I liked Ori more back then. Today when I play HK I think it's better than almost everything. Absolute masterpiece.
Can't pin point what has changed. I've played more Elden Ring I guess, got used to the souls game style maybe?

I'm also playing Oblivion Remastered. Another game I can't pin point why I love so much. I guess I've found my genres really. Bethesda styled RPGs. Open world Souls games. And Metroidvanias. 👌

Decided to go back to skyrim (perfomance of oblivion remaster is too nasty as of yet, micro and macro stutter sucks out big part of fun, so 4k60 definitive/anniversary edition skyrim just to scratch that itch(obviously played it for countless hours long ago like every1 but its nice to go back and enjoy game maxed out razor sharp and at stable 60 - ofc games in backlog including this/lastyears 85+ meta looking at me like im commiting crime against humanity coz of that :D

I forgot how bad this game looks. Blurry, low textures, and a hideous filter on top.

Was at least fun for completing HR, but I haven't been back since.

I've only been playing the Bazaar since a few months. I'm now 250 hours in and can see this being my main game for years to come. The game is the brainchild of Reynad, a former Hearthstone pro with a M:tG background.

Tempo, the dev team refers to the game as a "hero-builder". I'd say it's a mix of deck-builder, auto-battler and rogue-lite with asynchronous PvP. If any of these genres tickle your fancy, I'd recommend checking it out, but be warned, the game's learning curve is huge and the new player experience is pretty hardcore/terrible. It took me about 200 hours of just playing 1 hero, Vanessa, to finally start climbing ranks. Once you're at the level where you can consistently hit silver or gold runs, it's one of the most fun & rewarding games.

I have over 50 hours in oblivion then I started a new skyrim character. 20 hours so far. I swear I'll beat the main campaign this time!!!
I've had four Skyrim characters over the decade+ and haven't even gotten halfway through the main campaign on any.

But after 6 hours of Oblivion (45 according to my save on Xbox with the game in quick resume for nearly all of that...) and finishing South of Midnight recently, I'm off playing Expedition 33.

It's amazing. Shame I'm dropping it off for Doom the instant it unlocks for early access 🤷‍♂️

Go beat that campaign!

Played the early Castlevania games. Oh my goodness.. allll the cheap deaths. Don't think I would have had the patience to complete them without the magic of Saved State.

Now I am playing Shadow of War. I played the first one a long time ago... forgot how much the franchise rips off the Arkham games, lol.

Finally watched the trailer for 33 yesterday. Everyone has been raving about and it looks pretty cool. I'll wait for a sale

Playing GTA Vice City Next Gen. Currently at the Mission for Avery the toy helicopter mission where you have to plant the explosives.
I hate this fucking mission, it really drives me crazy.

I remember doing this with the keyboard. The memory is a bit fuzzy though because it's mixed with so much anger and frustration.

Oblivion Remastered: Taking my time and taking it all in. Love this game and this is my first time playing it.
MLB The Show 25: Grinding missions and building my team in order to play comp.
PGA Tour 2K25: Same thing as I am doing with The Show.

Wanted: Dead - I ignored the reviews and took this one for a spin. It was $6 on the last sale, so why not? Gotta say, the gameplay is addictive and I had no idea that this was pretty much a hidden gem. It has some jank, sure. However, it feels like I'm playing a soon to be cult-classic. If it isn't already. I am just having a lot of fun with it.

Like i already said, i wouldn't be so hard but the rotation was broken and made me drift to the side while rotating, that made it really frustrating but after 3 tries i got it. I was playing the GTA IV Vice City next gen edition mod.

Tokyo Extreme Racer (2025). For an early access game, it's great. Also checking out another EA game called No Rest for the Wicked. Its performance is better with the latest patch and it's playable on the Steam Deck (as is TER).

I played it back in 2019 so it's been a while and I can't really remember all of it. What stuck with me though was that after the first try I legitimately thought it is impossible to complete this mission with the keyboard. I don't know how I did it. i was young back then.

I'm just watching this interview with Ned Luke, the guy who plays Michael in GTA V. Cool Dude.
Here's a reaction to GTA 6 trailer by him.

nice I'm not that far yet. Was turned off as I wasn't a huge fan of RDR2, but most my complaints about RDR2 are super minimal when it comes to GTA 5.

not saying one game is better than the other, but I'm definitely having way more fun playing GTA 5 than I did playing RDR2 (which I eventually just gave up on out of frustration)

I am starting Diablo IV on PS5.

Wow, that opening cinematic was intense. It looked great.

Making my Barbarian look like Conan. Now onto the name screen. I will agonize here for quite some time lol

FF14
I just found a new glam set that I want and my sub was going to end this week. I might be resubbing...

Beat titanfall 2. Really fun and unique fps. Shame we'll probably never get a sequel.

Other than that, I'm taking another crack at completing that bonus chapter of granblue Fantasy relink while I wait for my copy of xenoblade chronicles x to arrive.

Finished Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and now I don't know what to do with my life anymore.

GAF bros, help me. Find me a game that is as good as CO:E33 and can help fill the void.

I haven't played CO, but maybe you'll like SMT vengeance for some fantastic turn based goodness. I'm hooked on it now.

Unless you're look for the same kind story wise, then... Good luck!

I've played about an hour of Planet of Lana and I'm so far mixed on it. Visuals are nice and I like the layers of backgrounds. The start of the game really captures you but then it becomes a basic platformer but a little bit slow. The music has been really nice and I don't mind just spending a minute or two just listening while looking at the visuals. I should finish it on Wednesday since the game is short. Oh, and not a fan of the character designs.

Just finished Expedition 33 and I don't know what to play next. Maybe get back to SWJ: Survivor and if it's still garbage on PC i'll just drop it

DOOM (2016)

I like it, but it annoys me that I keep missing certain secrets. I scour every stage thoroughly, yet I always end up missing a few

So while I'm playing, I'm constantly wondering if I overlooked something and afterwards, it usually turns out I did. It makes me feel dumb

Yeah RDR2 is more impressive but GTA V is way more fun
