it's a 3rd person shooter against hordes of enemies and you can deploy so called "stratagems" for special effects like bombs, turrets etc, as Vestal pointed out, it's the code for the Eagle bomb.

stratagems usually have convoluted codes to deploy them, which is part of the charm of the game (you can get killed by your stratagem, pk your team mates etc)

I'm in the camp where it doesn't matter to me if he was left or right. And one can be radicalized by left or right wing talking points without being left or right wing. Someone can be a guy who has a predisposition to violence, one day saw a video online somewhere about a specific individual like Charlie Kirk or someone else, for whatever reason that video enraged or resonated with you, and then because of that predisposition to violence, you go on to commit murder because of it.

And even if he is left wing, his psychological makeup is what caused him to kill, not leftism. Most people on all sides are not murderers. Don't lose sight of that fact.
