I am an subscriber since day 1 I think.
I mostly used the VPN tricks in the past and this tike it allowed me to pay the bill / extend it monthly in turkey.
It somehow told be before, that I can only keep the price, if I stay on the subscription and not cancel it.
Lets see what they will take from my account

They are in for a fight. I hope they're ready. PC gaming culture is completely different as there are no walled gardens allowing them to bully the customer. Most of us just wait for sales or use keysites for new games. Why would we need to rent.

I've been using rewards to pay for GP for years, but now it is clearly unsustainable, plus the extra effort of having to get store credit and then buy GP. So adios GP, guess I'll just stock-up on some xbox bucks to pay for GP in 1 month blocks, or just buy the games I want outright.

If it's financially very difficult then rather keep staying on the old price for as long as you can, it's good value, I quit everything immediately because I disagree with the company and because I can afford to move to other platforms I already own.
If you are forced to use VPN to buy games at reasonable prices then buy a computer and pirate things, do not reward companies who do not support you. End of story.

For $360, at some point you just gotta think about whether it's better to buy the few games you want day one and not be locked into a sub plan.

200+ more actual games... vs. 1,000+, the vast majority of which are classic games from other generations that you can play on Xbox via emulation in devmode. Add in the benefits of Xcloud, PC games, etc.
It's up to you to decide which you prefer. I see them as perfectly comparable value, but far from the value and offerings of Gamepass Ultimate which is on a different level.
That said, PC Gamepass is the real winner here.

On the plus side, if you can do without day-ones (and are willing to wait up to one year for first party), the price is only £10.99 - which isn't too bad.
Very little chance I'll be keeping ultimate at that price though - I think they've tipped the scales too far.

So much drama, it's up to customer to raise their voice by not subscribing to a service if it's not worth it after price hike. Yes it sucks, no one likes subscription services prices to increase but this is happening on a regular basis for all of the media subscription services: Netflix, Spotify, HBO, PS, you name it... and I'm sure all of us was waiting for this to happen in the same way that most of us are also waiting for Sony to raise the prices for PS+, so we as customers are the ones capable of raising our voices by not renewing after price increases like this.
I honestly hope they get rid of pointless content from EA Play and Ubisoft and lower the price, these add very little value to Game Pass other than playing a few interesting titles on EA or the 8-10 hours trial on new EA releases. But they should focus on their own content not adding value from other publishers' stores.

Good luck. When I was on PC Denuvo games were the only ones I could never find pirated. I found a reddit thread where they went over it and basically only like 2 people can do it and they charge an insane amount of money to get it done. This was a while ago so maybe things have changed.
