A new hat is thrown into (or removed from) Neogafs eternal debate

Damn bro, you've got what it takes to be a mod, since you do this in like every thread.
Maybe you should apply?
I know the answer is probably yes, but is it really too much to ask people to not post about politics when it's explicitly not allowed? There's a history on here of it leading to things going to shit.

Ah yes. "cleverly" written headline to pin blame on political polarization when all they're doing is bringing Harvard studies and the like into the light that were either suppressed or talked about briefly and then moved on from quite swiftly.

You don't hate legacy MSM enough. Notice how they write these hit-pieces by committee now.

It's genital mutilation plain and simple. Many baby boys die yearly due to this procedure. It's barbaric and fucking stupid.
Edit: I didn't read the thread thoroughly. I'm circumcised and also a moron so it must be true.

The Harvard study showed "evidence of an association" but needs/needed a lot more follow up to come to conclusions.

Larger studies have sort of debunked that though.

Hence.. you know… science.

The reporting you are screenshotting there mentions exactly that lol. One of the authors of that study was also shocked by the way it was presented by the administration.

Yes. Now how about them headlines!

"Trust the science™" <--- glad this is being retired and we are all of a sudden back to what we were always supposed to do, and that is constantly question through the scientific method.

Ironic, really. I wonder what changed? (rhetorical)

And "sort of debunked," also means it's "sort of not debunked." Even the brand maker says not to take that shit during pregnancy or child development. Only thing that's changed, is how the headlines are presenting the message in current year.

There might be some effect of Tylenol usage, there might be some impact from circumcision that is unrelated to Tylenol.
What should be abundantly clear is that there is no one cause of autism, or if there is we have no idea what it is.
If RFK had come to us with an abundance of evidence then I think people would be overjoyed that we could begin to reduce autism in new births - but what he has presented is one meta study by a guy who gets paid to say Tylenol causes autism and two circumcision studies that don't mention Tylenol at all.

A much larger study found no association between Tylenol and Autism diagnosis is all I meant.

RFK has weighed in on the eternal circumcision debate and decided that circumcision is causing autism (possibly by way of Tylenol)

he is often against stuff I am also against... but always for the most retarded ass reasons man.

circumcision on babies should be illigal in any modern civilised country, because it's barbaric... not because of his made up retarded ass nonsense 🤣

It's not conclusive. It's the issue of it being combined with vaccine cycles which they do warn against for how it reacts.

Doesn't change the fact that legacy MSM is doing a disservice to the population with their headlines. Per usual.

I agree with you that headlines to articles are an issue, because in this image, one of these is a declarative statement and the other is not. Yet when the general public sees an image like that both are being received as declarative.

This is a depressing disconnect, but at some point journalists will have to stop assuming that all audiences read and comprehend everything the exact same way when they make these articles. It probably will not happen within this decade nor the next, and that's why I read try to read the fine print on most things first before having any impressions.

journalists' job is not to inform people, but to shape their opinion and form a narrative.

It is up to you to decide. Personally I am glad my foreskin is gone.

Better than what happened with Moses sons because they were like 30 something and their mom circumcised them with a stone.

No, always. It's always been like this.
It's a shame that modern times makes you feel this way.

There's a chance you won't do this, but it's worth looking into the worldwide history of investigative journalism. There's been quite a few big cases that were cracked years ago, back when research and evidence gathering were the norm.

There are multiple styles of journalism and journalism existed outside of America.

My previous post isn't about 'winning an argument' with you. I'm literally saying it's worth it to do further research.
Look up basically any history event of the past 100 years and do some research and you will find the typical narrative about it is totally fake, and it is the one established and pushed by journalists. This is just reality.

This topic unlocked an ancient memory of when I had my first year of sex ed in middle school when I was 12 and asked my mom why my - ahem - plumbing looked slightly different than all of the "anatomical drawings" we were shown. She awkwardly explained what circumcision was and when I asked why I wasn't she punted the answer to my dad who just shrugged and said, "Didn't think it was necessary" before walking away to never speak on the subject again.

🤣
