I believe they're cutting their losses with Series consoles & will also try to leverage the small break between now & the release of the next Xbox Device to build up demand.

But our sources are saying that next Xbox device isn't coming until 2027. And I doubt MS will want to release it in the Spring of 2027.

I mean the small break from now until 2027 that's still 2 - 3 Holiday Seasons without Xbox being heavily promoted.

You don't think that's dangerous? To go 2 holiday seasons without heavy promotion! Especially when the whole gaming world is questioning your future existence as a brand? I'd be afraid that if you give people 2 holidays to miss you, they may realize that don't need you anymore.

There is but it's being phased out. I saw "maybe" 1 series x, there was something else in there but i was in a hurry, ZERO GAMES. Only giftcards and accessories. This was on Saturday.
