People jump to the SA conclusion, but both are adults, both were emotionally-vulnerable given the circumstances of their break up. He kissed her, she let him, which is important. He's then got the wrong signal, went to take it further, she screamed and he immediately stopped and walked away realising it was wrong. Even if she filed a police report, I doubt he'd get charged for that.

He's still a POS based on all the other shit that's she had receipts for, but he's not a criminal.

He grabbed her out of nowhere and attempted to forcibly kiss her while she screamed and resisted, at a fan meet and greet event. If you try doing that to ScarJo at Comicon it's not going to be brushed off either, you know.

The only video I know of is the one from around a 30 foot distance where you can only see the dude's back. So unless you found a video from a different angle that showed him not trying to smooch her face, I don't understand how you can draw that conclusion. Because in your last post you're making it sound like he didn't try to kiss her.

Laws are different around the world, but in the EU an unwanted or unconsented hug is definitely sexual harassment. Whatever you want to call it, it's definitely wrong / unlawful though.
