Beenox hints at Crash Team Racing 2

TLDR: Last week Beenox updated the Twitter/X banner to celebrate its 25th anniversary and it included a CTR image with Crash's current design from Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. The banner was promptly removed. The video speculates whether it was guerilla marketing or an honest mistake by a whomever put together the banner art.

Canadian Guy Eh is the premier cyberstalker for anything and anyone related to Crash & Spyro.

Now that console gamepass is 29.99 I don't feel as bad paying for a gamepass game.

I'll probably buy this on multiple platforms.

can we get a PC version of the first game or a 120fps patch for current gen consoles?
It's been over six years, it's not happening on PC. But not getting 60fps patches on console, that's just shameful.

What if this is a remake of Nitro-Fueled? Upgrading the artwork to Crash Bandcoot 4 and CT-Rumble's new cartoony style. Add 60fps and an expansion worth of stuff. It would be an easy sell. ... and don't release on PC again as a cruel joke.

With the new updated character designs from recent Crash games? Nah, I'm out.
I rather prefer Crash Nitro fueled to receive a patch to new consoles.

I think the new design is an vast improvement for animation, it's more appealing and expressive. But I'm not an OG fan, more of a tourist.
With rumors buzzing for years about a Netflix cartoon show and Crash's 30th anniversary next year, it would make sense to update CTR visually, release a new game and a cartoon with a unified look.

I dont think so, specially when you consider all characters, not just Crash.
Their last Crash games that used those new designs flopped hard(or at least the team party one). Most of people who bought Crash games like them for their original goofy yet abit menacing models. I doubt people would play Crash trilogy or Crash Nitro fueled with these new updated designs.
