November Xbox Partner Preview Event will Focus on 007: First Light and More Games

Confirmed through an official press release, the Xbox Partner Preview is scheduled to arrive on Thursday, November 20. Three games were mentioned for the event: 007: First Light, Tides of Annihilation, and Reanimal, and it seems others will be included as well. The event is scheduled for 1:00 PM EST and will be livestreamed on Xbox's official YouTube and Twitch channels.

Players can expect some new details from their partners, including Tencent, IO Interactive, and THQ Nordic. The event will also include some brand-new reveals and several Game Pass announcements. Moreover, every game featured at the event will be an Xbox Play Anywhere title, which means you can play it from any of your consoles, PC, or compatible portable devices with just one copy of the game.

Cause Microsoft knows day one game pass leads to nowhere now they as many tiers without day one games than they have with day one games. They'd rather incentivise you to buy a play anywhere game

They're transitioning to PC obviously. So every game they make PA you get a PC copy as well. It's similar to the effort they put into the BC program, but in reverse. It's a great pro consumer move.

Because it's a very consumer friendly bonus.
I'm using it quite often switching between PC and console.
Wouldn't want to miss it anymore.
But I agree, if you only use one console to game then there is no added benefit for you.

I think Play Anywhere is really cool

Will become even more valuable for existing/older games that do Play Anywhere by say .. 2027 when there's an Xbox that lets you side-load the PC version and crank it up to the max.
