They're paying me my salary every month for 7 months without me working (plus benefits)

I learned today that I wont be recieving it this and next month

The annoying part is that this was known at the end of November, but I didn't get the memo because they removed me from all the internal communications (I dont work there anymore)

You should be able to claim for benefits now, seeing as you are unemployed and don't have money coming in. What's the situation on that?

Obviously, I won't have any income for the next two months, but I'm still entitled to that salary, even if the company doesn't pay me

If I applied for unemployment benefits, I'm pretty sure it'd get rejected, because they don't care if the company isn't paying

I still have the right to the salary I didnt recieve

If you are in Europe you can at least put your claim to unemployment in, so you would be ahead on your shit (documents, applications for benefits, pay stubs).
While you are entitled to your pay you also seem to not be engaged in an employment contract(?), which would free up the 'but i got money coming' argument.

If and when you get paid for the months you get benefits in you are for sure somewhat liable to repay those benefits. I would not mention that right away at the unemployment office or on the documents though.
