I never saw that. That's pretty cool. My rival is the one legged Ippon-Datara.So I logged into the demo because the game still isn't unlocked and got the "Bloodedge Demon has spawned" notice. So I ran around, found out where he was, and killed him. Only this time, after he died, I got another pop up that said that I had just killed a Bloodedge Demon that has killed 275,000 other players. I don't recall seeing this message in my last two Demon kills, did I just miss it and other people have seen this or is this a new thing?
First time I've seen it as well, and while I was waiting for the game to download I was watching someone else and they didn't get the message. I wonder if it's random or only happens once enough people have been killed by the Demon. Either way, it was cool.I never saw that. That's pretty cool. My rival is the one legged Ippon-Datara.
Are the pc settings carry over from the demo to the full game? I tweaked a lot of shit, would be nice if i didnt have to do it again
Nice. I just bought a game key, now im just waiting for my damn shift to be over. 7 more hoursYes, they carry over.
Really liking it so far. Don't have any complaints.
So I did not have this issue at all in the demo, the textures were fine, but with the full game this is what I have encountered when going further into the map
Man I am tired of japanese developers

Was just going to ask you how's the full game compared to the demo, cuz Im still at work, cant test. I guess some of those negative steam reviews are accurate? It actually runs worse than the demo? How the fuck is that even possible?
For me the performance seems to be the same as in the demo, I haven't noticed any changes in that regard but these awful low res textures werent in the demo, it almost seems like a bug but I dont know. All I know is that this is just unacceptable

I remember you mentioned a LOD fix, are you sure its not that causing this issue, assuming ure using it ofc?
I really miss the Ronin cinematic combat camera. I dont think that game got enough credit for the visceral combat it hasCrucible done, boss only took 2 attempts and I'm probably under-leveled judging by the summonable player phantoms. Also, lol at Naruto run... Some impressions after 10 hours:
- looks like a PS4 game
- natural evolution of Nioh formula, nothing crazy
- DualSense haptics are on point
- exploration is *always* rewarded
- Ronin had better feeling combat overall
- Form change system is brilliant but Ninja feels far better to play as
- nothing has made me say "wow" yet, FromSoft this is not
- while the new open-world formula gives freedom and discovery it loses visual variety with everything looking samey (at least so far)
Anyway, I'm having a blast, it is what I expected it to be![]()
This can't get repeated enough.Just a heads up for anyone who hasn't already done this. If you are using Control A, switch to B. Trust me, pulling off combos is so much easier using L1 + square/triangle than Forward/backwards on the stick + square/triangle. The only other thing it changes is moving your Guardian Spirit moves to L1+UP/Down on the D pad, which is a lot easier to adjust to than previous combo button.
Alright, this Guardian traversal is dope as fuck
Ngl I'm kinda jealous of the unemployed bros playing this right now.
My cpu usage was like 60% in the beta so yeah, its pretty heavy, but it runs really well for me![]()
I am not unemployed, I am on my day off
Btw, my computer makes so much noise playing this game. The optimization is not great tbh
Conquer the Crucible, Become Shogun.
Nioh 3 is now available on PlayStation®5 and Steam®.
Work from home still exists for some. lol I got lucky and got all my stuff done. This game formula is perfect. Just don't start a boss or walk into a "empty room" without knowing what you're working on.Ngl I'm kinda jealous of the unemployed bros playing this right now.
Small bugs like that texture LOD issue will likely be smoothed out with patches, which I'd expect to come thick and fast as TN are usually extremely active in pushing updates and fixes even outside of DLC cycles.
