Depends on which bundle hits you harder with nostalgia. You should be able to get them both for less than 10 bucks (combined) at a key store though. At least that's what I paid at kinguin the other day. The most interesting title for me was Saturday Night Slam Masters, which can be bought for 1.99 individually. But at those prices why not get the whole thing instead.

If you like CPS1 games like Final Fight (beat 'em up), Ghosts n' Goblins (action platformer), 1943 (shmup), and Strider (hack 'n slash) get the first collection. If you like Dark Stalkers (fighting), Street Fighter Alpha (fighting), Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters (fighting), Three Wonders (run 'n gun), Super Puzzle Fighter (puzzle), and Knights of the Round (beat 'em up RPG) get Capcom Stadium 2.

If I had to pick one, I'd go with 2 because of Progear, but I'm a Cave whore.

Progear is in the first Capcom Arcade Stadium.
