Not to be racist, but this happens around me too. Phil definitely got fired..and replaced with an AI person from the same caste... it is 100% over for Xbox. 100%.
 
Damn, end of an era. Phil did the best he could given that he was handed a grenade after Mattrick lost them the Xbox One generation, the absolute worst gen to lose (rise of the digital library).

Sony is axing one of their best small studios that did an incredible job in favor of a shitty guerrilla game.

giving asha a job she has no clue about... Xbox is dead for sure. They even kicked Sarah, too lol.

Ram, GPU, NVmE prices cost more than a kidney.

Games are garbage. no innovation, takes forever to make a game.

I don't see any positive in the video game / pc industry anymore. as a hobby this one is 100% dying.

That's like all they do. Thy get hired to run these companies, they massively ramp up H1B and import their own to run every possible division.
 
Yeah, unless Satellite Nutella and the rest of the dipshit management at Microsoft "retires", this won't make any difference.

One thing I will say about Spencer, though: He resurrected Age of Empires and I thank him for that.

There can be only two things: An unexpected good result or a complete stereotypical disaster akin to late xbox 360 and early xbox one days.

For all their faults they were handling with good intentions and brought good stuff.

Let's be real.

Spencer never had any power in microsoft.

You could clearly hear what he wanted, but those things never happened.

He had a nice position, which ultimately had no power, because pappa microsoft doesn't care about gaming, or enough to invest in it.

Spencer was a gamer with a title in a corporation not really interested in gaming.

Ironically, he would have fitted better at Sony and the dude from Sony, which felt like a suit, would have fitted better at Microsoft.
 
Microsoft and Sony wars are now about who makes the worst decisions, this year is going to be very funny.
The new dude is going to wreck Xbox even harder
