My worldview isnt that all women have no place somewhere, be it gaming business, or even marines/navy seals/delta force.
Key factor is we dont lower the requirements and dont adjust that enviroments to make it comfortable for them, they wana swim with the sharks- they better be ready to have 0 priviledge coz of being woman.

U will be treated like a man 100% of the time, which means hearling/being around funny jokes(which could be considered all kinds of inpropriate by weakminded fragile individual) and u will work just as hard as every1 else- top AAA devstudio means no social life, huge burden on ur physical and mental health, 0 work-life balance, u are tourist in ur own home coz u work so much etc.

Or just be kindergarten teacher, a nanny, trophy wife to some 50yo multimilionaire- be glad u got this option at least coz men do not and believe me tons of guys would love to be trophy husband if it meant never working a day in his life ever and live comfortable high lifestyle all the time :)

I've said it before, but if they are giving you the same info as Jez then there's a possibility they're also using you as a PR handler.

Do they also give you a heads up for the bad news such as the layoffs, studio closures etc or just the stuff they think would look positive if it were "leaked" or hinted at on here?

It's their best UI, and it would still work perfectly, trigger buttons for different launchers would make it work for the multi launcher approach as well. Drop the grid UI. Do horizontal blades and vertical lists instead.

The blade dashboard tweet is a good start, but Phil was all talk so let's see if it actually leads to anything.

Even if it were possible to save Xbox, we're at least 2 or 3 years away from the strategy bearing fruit.

You really believe she is writing anything on her own? Anything she puts out surely gets approved by multiple assistants that understand marketing. I doubt she even came up with the reply

I just want Xbox executives to STFU. Stop trying to be the gaming communities friend. It is a business. They treat it like a business, which makes sense. The politician talk of "caring about gamers" is nauseating. Just say nothing and let your strategy speak for itself

That's the next big race, I think. Remember how Xbox was only launched to try and get Xbox as the dominant device in everyone's living room and to beat PlayStation. Now it's trying to get Xbox to be the dominant AI thing and beat PlayStation to it.
