So, is he looking at a real sentence?

Very possible. Possession with intent to deliver is a felony, at least in most states. Add the firearm on top of that, you'd think he should do time. My guess, without knowing anything about the Georgia court system, is he will plea to a lesser charge (most likely to a misdemeanor) and get probation or some shit. Depends on his priors, too, though.

70 g's in your Escalade?!?! Oh shit son that is some big pimpin styles but that points to real crimins! Good luck on beating that.

i dont know why but i kinda hope he goes to jail for a long time, wont see that happening i guess.

The general reason why people feel this way is that celebrities often act like they're above the law, so it's nice to see them taken down a peg every now and again.

I remember when he first came out he just seemed like a kid having fun. Now with Soulja Boy he's doing stuff like this. Dude needs a positive father figure in his life or something.

yea he has number 1 hit songs....

If by "number 1 hit songs" you mean absolutely no talent and has produced enormous piles of dog shit converted into digital audio form, then I agree.

Someone else was banned for slinging black hate in the the thread linking a Woldstar Hip Hop video where a mentally challenged woman gets beat I believe.

Edit- wouldn't it be funny if OA was hijacking accounts to account suicide our users? Seems like something Olimario would get kick out of

I think that guy did it on purpose because he was ripping people off in the Buy/Sell thread by selling the same item to different people. By getting banned he doesn't receive any pms.

An ironic gangsta avatar would emphasize your case.

Of course they're people too.

However, their financial or public status does not somehow exclude them from the rest of society's laws.

it means if he was a made nigga the police would have let him go.

I know the song. I'm just not sure what a made nigga is supposed to be and why the cops would let them go.

I wasn't totally being serious, the end of the song (which I posted above) popped into my head when I read the story.

And I assume it's just like when you are "made" in the Mafia. Which means you are essentially untouchable to most people.

Except they wouldn't have let him go.

Was his career flagging?

Interestingly enough, Black Republican ain't a Republican. He lives in London.

He is black though.

This statement supports my theory that the offending poster's little brother logged onto his account.

I dunno man, I've seen the phrase 'cooning about' used on this board before and it flew under the radar. He perhaps thought he'd get away with it under the 'nigger / nigga' rule. It's a shame because he was an interesting poster and that last post is a really bad way to be remembered.

My two cents:
Weed kills, so it's good that he got it taken away and arrested. Who knows how many people would have died.
/troll

He paid the price for carrying. And I'm out.

What does that mean?

Not sure how that would increase his sales.
Until now Soulja Boy was known as a goofy kid who made one catchy song on his computer. Now....he'll still be seen this way by adults. But kids are fooled easily, and that is his main audience.

He made more than one hit song actually.

You obviously don't know what kind of people buy his shit, or would be potentially interested in buying his shit.

People are saying this will raise his profits.

This, arrest alongside his recent song bashing the United States military - how on earth would that make him have more fans?

Am I missing something about his fanbase?
