You know, why wouldn't the Miz be able to be a huge babyface in the WWE and sell tons of his merch? He's got the catch phrases, the charisma, and the WWE obviously loves him so he'll get the plugs. I think this will ultimately happen, and I think if he catches on, as crazy as it all sounds, that could open up Cena for a heel turn.

Pretty sure Cena has been lagging behind ryder and Punk in merch sales for the last few months but they could just be flavor of the month.

Just looking at wweshop.com, for both men and kids 3 of the top 5 highest selling items are John Cena merch.
I'm not opposed to Cena turning heel, I think it could really freshen things up, but just him turning isn't going to make everything better. Cena turning should be a huge deal so they will need a plan for how to do it. I just don't trust WWE at the moment to be able to come up with and execute a good way to do it. Once they have messed it up they can't go back on it and have it be meaningful.
