Yeah thats it. Also I remember them turning Austin heel and it really biting them in the ass when no one wanted to boo him.. I think its made them really scared to turn huge faces heel ever since, shown mostly with the Rock being turned on because the crowd got so sick of him being face, and of course Cena in recent years.
