i honestly think they shouldn't since the bijuu were removed.
But edo tensei allows the resurrected to use all the powers they had in life (including bloodline limits) so i guess having a bijuu at that point counts also.
All the more reason how broken that technique has become.

It's a discussion forum - disagreements are kind of the point to some extent. That doesn't mean you have to go out of your way to say how much something sucks every single week; I wouldn't get away unscathed if I went into the Skyward Sword thread and argued every Zelda game is bad.

Well, that was one of the issues with merging all the threads. Before, we had a separate thread for the big three exactly because each hated the next. That said, this isn't a Naruto thread.

I always like chapters that end the arc and set up the party stuff.
Reading back this arc today from the start made this chapter seem even better .
In way it does , it's fair amount of chapter but reading back today it seem rather short.

My God the overall thing with the Strawhat chant and the "your feeling summon us" thing from the sea-monsters are so incredibly corny, hahaha.
Can't believe Oda pulled that kind of stuff.
What? It is Shiraoishi that heard them talking, not Luffy. In fact it's the other way around, his "intense feeling" and Shiraoishi's "desire" to become his strength both summoned them. That's really corny stuff from Oda this week.

I think he's serious. This arc has been dragging for the last year. It should have ended months ago and they should have crossed the Red Line by now.

No I am not. This arc feels like it has been really short. Dont know why but it has. But i am only counting the time on the island, not the travel to it and the reuniting/fake straw hats.
I somewhat agree. I think they need a fishman though to balance them out. Jinbei would fit the role but if not him then who else? Hachi? Too week? Shirahoshi? LOL no way the giant mermaid would go? Prince Fukaboshi? maybe but i dont see him leaving unless it is to see the world and grow stronger. Plus he would have to be able to split his tail into legs like Kokoro and i forget at what age a mermaid is able to do that.

This One Piece arc went pretty quickly though was quite enjoying it I suppose we are gonna be getting more on the true purpose of the arc and Joy Boy sometime later.
Stil wondering what the hell happened to Caribou though.

I think the plot calls for either one of them to be captured. The fight would be kind of boring if Naruto and Bee completely demolished all those opponents, not to mention Naruto has to be on the edge of being exhausted. Itachi would only interfere with Kabuto I thought...speaking of which, has everyone still forgotten about Yamato...

I guess I just didn't find the big reveal in Air Gear to change much in the tone of the story and direction, splitting the world in two, since everything always seemed written as a way to have Ikki show off how much cooler and better than anyone else he is (and with a bigger dick too, since he has enough big boobed ladies swooning for him) and it mostly stayed that way, at least up to volume 30 (so chapter 286) which is where I'm at (since I don't follow scanlations for it).
Add to it that most of what was revealed, was hinted at little by little in the story (things like Agito/Akito, the sky stuff, the kings of the tower, Sleeping Forest, etc..etc..) and that it's nothing too deep (after all, Air Gear is a style over substance manga) and the only change I saw after the reveal was that, along with reaching the top of the tower and becoming the best, Ikki also had to kick an asshole's ass on the way now. After, ithe Kogarasumaru were still having AT fights, still being idiotic fuckers and messing shit up (in style).
I personally had more of an annoyance with the Aeon asspull, even though by that time I liked Aeon plenty.

I don't see how Oda hype him up , he just seem like a stronger crazy buggy.
He won't do shit fighting wise.
I just hope Oda doesn't drag his plot fully knowing he can get one shotted by someone like Zoro.

Him being a clone/experiment created by madara make more sense than future sasuke time travel. He grow resentful to real madara or want to be whole so he want to fulfill that moon eye plan for himself etc.

seriously though luffy hasn't defeated a logia yet using haki. i doubt they will do it before luffy. zoro and sanji never outshine luffy like that.
