The Pats didnt almost lose to the Chiefs or the Browns.
We always play down to up to our competition as long as I have been watching them (except when we sucked then we would lose most games and occasionally upset someone good).
Total opposite of the Pats/Packers/Colts who stomp the shit out of weak regular season opponents.

I actually have to agree. Weird thing is aside from the injuries all of the Giants problems appear to be mental. they have great talent and competent coaches.
6-6 isn't good. Sorry, I wish they won more football games because they are capable of playing good football but I don't see how you can call them a good football team.

Speaking of the Packers I wonder if we had a rematch in the Superbowl if that would be a replay of the 900 yard offensive explosion we saw in Heinz back in 2009. That was one of the few no defense games that I really found enjoyable (I was able to block out the horrible coaching and defense).

The Patriots defense is terrible and I wasn't really surprised that the Colts game was so close.
That was one of the most enjoyable games of all time. So good. If it had mattered I probably would not look back so fondly on it though.
If we got a replay of that who would make more dumb coaching decisions in the SB between McCarthy and Tomlin?

Lest we forget, the Arizona Cardinals went to the Super Bowl and nearly won on a 9-7 record. The Green Bay Packers won a Super Bowl as a 6 seed, a feat only done by the better team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Nothing matters. Wins are wins. And if we're going to argue about whose wins mean more...a loss to the Cowboys, the worst "good" team in the NFC, and the Ravens, possibly the most inconsistent AFC team. Just saying!
