Bad teams lose games by lots of points. Good teams win games by lots of points.

Good teams do not win all their games off 59-yard field goals, three overtime periods and the ineptitude of opposing offenses.

This Tebow run reminds me of a Bears run I think in 2001 - they got every break and had those back-to-back OT wins on INT returns by Mike Brown and then promptly got rolled in the playoffs.

If the Broncos manage to win the Superbowl with Tebow behind center, I will throw aside my Atheist ways and become a bible thumping Christian, because if such a thing happens, there's no explanation outside of the fact that God exists and he shines favorably on Tebow.
Well, that or Satan is pushing Tebow as the anti-Christ.

I hate commentators and sports announcers, but I really hope they tear into the Bears this week. I don't want them to say "Tebow is good". I want them to say "The Bears made some awful decisions".

Also, what is with all the Tebow love in this thread? What about the man who kicked a 59-yard field goal because Tebow couldn't get them any closer? Just saying...

These super lucky runs are more common than one would think. And it'll end just like all those other cases bad-to-mediocre teams falling into a bunch of wins does. Very badly.

... *smirks*

This is on barber, no one else.

Absolutely. No one is saying that Tebow is winning games by physicality or talent. He's not, he's horrible. However, it most certainly isn't the infinite power of Christ intervening in the happenings of football games either. It's purely psychological. Whether it's the Broncos playing better because of Tebow's presence or the other team being absolutely STUNNED by losing the lead the way they did. The Broncos are winning mental football games, plain and simple.

Tebow kicked with him, in spirit.

Matrix, somehow texans gaf has to celebrate in real life right before the first playoff game. Get Migs to make it happen!

Lol since I'm in NYC (born in htown) that would be pretty hard for me. Migs is hardly around. wtf is his ass not posting and celebrating this glorious day... He's turned his back on Houston-GAF.

Then again he could be drunk, passed out and drowning in his own piss after that comeback.

Holy shit bunch of great games. Can' t believe the Saints have a chance at the 2nd seed. Steelers you know what must be done, the who dats are fully behind you.

One would think that Chicago is a big enough market for this to be reality but this Tebow story is massive.

blah blah blah other problems in the World blah blah!

Actually, he is edifying God in everything he does. I mean, that is what Christians are supposed to do.

He gave propers to God, then his teammates.

He is a really good kid.

I am an idiot for doubting Tebow. Never again!

So next week's marquee match up will be Tom "Football Jesus" Brady vs. Tim "Actual Jesus" Tebow

I was here the whole time, in fact there was only one or two other niners fans posting during the game (etiolate and someone else whos name escapes me), FMT never posts during games (nor does Levelnth usually). No cardinals fans left to taunt us though, although the rest of you are doing a bang up job.

sorry, its just FMT made a promise to me that if they end up 10-6, maybe 11-5 (no real difference) he would send out picks of himself naked getting banged by a blow up doll of...Tebow? Or was it favre?

can someone find the post that I speak of? Should be like two weeks ago, I tried.

Tebow is like a more sure Hulk Hogan. I keep having flashbacks to Hogan shaking his head no, and Hulking up. Or like a Power Rangers episode, when they put the Megazord together. It's bizarre. As a Bears fan, I could only shake my head smiling. Truly devine. Next week will be biblical.

Unfortunately, God has shut the door on the Bears season on the other hand.

LOL, GIF please!

You don't know what you're talking about. Clearly, by virtue of Denver's high elevation, they are the closest team to God. His "hometown" team, as it were. Add that his holy Son is playing QB for them... I mean, what more motivation does the big guy need to interfere?
