we all know you'll get banned shortly after the Vita Lunch Takao. D:
If I'm having a Vita Lunch being banned from NeoGAF is the least of my worries... I don't think plastic agrees with the human body.![]()
mmm god damn, what game is this? the new vanilla game ?
PSP Vita Campaign. http://andriasang.com/comzbu/psvita_campaign/
Bah, when I started reading your post, I thought you can download the second piece already. I WANT MY 500 YEN!Yeah, I saw that on PSN the other day.
ANYONE WHO USES JAPANESE PSN AND IS GETTING A VITA AT JAPANESE LAUNCH: Might as well get on PSN store on your PSP or PS3 now and download that first "piece" of the campaign. You will get free wallpapers for each launch title and a chance to win a WHOPPING 500 yen credit!
Edit: You have until January 9th to do this
hmm might have to get a vita down the line - first price drop probably. hopefully dragon's crown comes out for NA.

Btw., you don't plan to get a case with that Vita?
Also, let's play LoA after launch.
I've decided to go with the case that allows you to play games without taking Vita out of it, mainly because the pouches don't seem to protect the console well - my friend's Kindle got smashed in something like that, so I'd rather be cautious.I'll definitely get a case, I just haven't decided which one yet... Also gonna grab the screen protector film, of course.
And yeah, LoA, let's do it![]()
Nico Nico app video.
The only thing that's actually interesting about this vid is that it shows that Japanese text input is the same as in iStuff when using a full keyboard.
Edit:

The only downside is the lack of game card/memory card slots, but that's why I bought this sexy beast (at a 100 yen shop):

Awesome! There is certainly no lack of "small electronics pouches" in this country.
So how is Lord of Apocalypse, I'm wondering because I'd like to know as I might buy that at launch if its enough.
how vita can be saved blackboard
I wish I could grab some Vita games on PSN before Saturday.
It's gonna suck waiting for everything to download on a congested network with nothing else to do on my hardware.
If you want to play a monster hunter-like action RPG, I'd recommend Lord of Arcana (the PSP demo is up, you can try it). Can't really decide on what launch games to get. Any recommendations?
I'll be flying into Tokyo later this week. Pretty excited about being able to play UMVC3 on Vita actually.
I'll be picking up the following:
Ultimate Marvel VS. Capcom 3
Uncharted
Ridge Racer
Touch My Katamari
weeee!

Little deviants is pretty cheap (2000 yen), so I personally plan to buy it in addition to the "normal" game.
To be honest it all depends on what you want to play - about the impressions from the demo event you can read louis89's here, mine (15 games) here.
Sorry, I was thinking about trying Army Corps, but passed on it after all. Thanks, appreciated. LoA seems to be quite kanji heavy though, and I'm not fluent in Japanese so might have to pass on that one.
Thinking about golf and tennis, but also Army Corps of Hell. Looks interesting. Nothing you've tried?
According to Dunan:You guys, if I go to yodobashi tomorrow I will still able to preorder and get a vita at launch or the available unit are already gone?
But you probably won't find the WiFi model for preorder anywhere.Keiician, the Yodobashi Camera east of Shinjuku station was still taking pre-orders for the 3G Vita when I was in there a week or so ago. Mine is reserved at their Ueno store, along with a 4 GB card (Y1980) -- they were out of the bigger memory cards already but the 4 GB had plenty of stock. Games were no problem; they were taking orders for all of them, and all had small discounts off the MSRP. Sofmap in Akihabara was the same -- don't fret!
None I know of. IIRC the earliest is 7 AM at Tsutaya in Shinjuku.is there like a midnight release in Japan?
I'd go for MvC, it's much more fun, especially if you don't plan to spend million of hours mastering the battle system.Debating whether I should get Blazblue or Marvel vs Capcom. Not much of a fighter genre person.
Also I feel for the Play-asia people. You know you're going to be paying 500+.
