I'm excited because my life has meant that portable gaming is really where i can legitimately spend time playing so the Vita represents a good step up, but i already have a bag full of portable gaming goodness.

And i guess we should put Monster Hunter back on the black board, we all know you can't put out a new MH on a brand new updated engine and sell that and -then- sell -another- iteration that looks not too big of a jump from the old MH games. It just wouldn't sell. Capcom just getting the release orders in line for max scalping. 3DS minimum effort edition first. True evolution of brand later. MH4 QTE game, possibly with on rails shooting section later with "but hey, it's different!" marketting! Can't wait to see a Lost Planet 2 style engine rendering of the world on a machine designed from scratch for MH. Glad someone was thinking of the bowgunners.

I am having a guilt free launch - i've enough for a download game on PSN through over stocking my wallet an age ago, i've enough points on my store card for half a game but after instore purchases that'll be enough for possibly two further games, i sold 200 retro games i'll never play again. So yeah - all cash out going not coming from the DCharlie bank vault.

edit : yodobashi online is out of stock of Uncharted, Disgaea, and katamari. Interesting.
