Anne of Green Gables 10
This is the first episode that's completely anime original, although it takes inspiration from a few passages in the novel. As I've noticed with previous interpolations, the very small scale quasi-drama doesn't work so well, such as the pointless scenes with Diana's newly invented younger sister, but everything expanding on Anne's imagination and the beauty of her surroundings works wonderfully. Thankfully the latter was the bulk of the episode. The "fainting" was quite amusing.

I cried a little. Ending was way too unfair. I should've heeded the warnings of stopping before the ending.

Ah. So that's why I stopped watching it.
The second half of the series felt like what happens after a shounen protagonist achieves their goal... and then the story continues afterward, like after Luffy becomes pirate king, or Naruto becomes hokage or Ichigo... Ichigo... bah whatever the heck Ichigo is.
That's one ghost laid to rest, even though I haven't watched the OVA's.
Ah. So that's why I stopped watching it.

What the hell did I just watch? Wasn't this show about the main character trying to be the fastest roller blader? I remember watching the Air Gear anime years ago but don't remember any Titan-summoning roller blades battles.

Surprised weve covered 95/169 Toriko chapters in 37 episodes, wonder if the pace will slow down or give us filler arcs.

Excellent graphics though unappealing supporting cast.
Oh mine was too. I loved the ending to the show, and for me, minus well, that, made me really happy.

When I get my own place Im dedicating a room specifically to a TV viewing room with football shit on one end and anime stuff along the other wall. It will be the best thing ever.
If anything, it's a blessing. Forget standards, over the years my tastes slowly changed to the point where now I can only watch shows that follow certain themes, tropes, etc. I used to be able to watch eccentric stuff and enjoy them before but i'm no longer able to. And that's just the tip of the iceberg...
As an example, if the main character's love interest has short hair, I can't bring myself to watch the show anymore. Is this fucked up or do other people have these kind of weird standards as well?
I have a high tolerance to pretty much everything these days, and thanks to that I got to watch gems like Blood-C

Wow this man-flu I have is making me delerious, that's my 2nd ghost exorcised today, ugly art ugly animation,brokren engrish everywhere, main character being dumb despite being a genius, I extracted more enjoyment out of the main character's rise to learning how to play the guitar rather than the band's progress.
Probably never given that she only appears once in the Manga.

An anime not living up to the manga isn't anything new, and this anime didn't do the manga justice if that's the case.
I'd like to know too, butterfly effect perhaps?
Certainly looks much better than the last preview I saw.
Short hair + cat ears is easily the most deadly combination of moe known to man.
Lol, yeah, that's actually why I used 'solid' instead of my usually hyperbole. I didn't feel as if the show had any moments where it suffered in its direction, but there were few moments that resonated with me as amazing; much like the final scene in ep 9, for example. That was one of the few beautifully executed scenes. Hell, I actually watched a few times over, it was so effective.
I cannot wait!
OkabexKurisu was actually written surprisingly well. None of the usual awkwardness that comes with animu relationships. The whole package had an odd self-awareness to it that, while allowing it to capitalize on the tropes, allowed it to subvert it all in the same. And as a connoisseur of anime romance, you could color me impressed, lol
