You still work there?

I did commissioning on an Offshore Wind Turbine site and it was the hardest I've ever worked in my life.

Just getting on the Turbines was a fucking life or death experience.

Lindt (bars) are the best for deserts and drinks (brownies, hot chocolate etc). I promise you if you use Lindt instead of your ordinary cooking chocolate it will taste a million times better, smoother and creamier.
