The prequel trilogy is fascinating because you find new "Wait, what the hell" moments each time you watch it.

Like how Jango was hired to assassinate Padme, then he outsourced it to another assassin, who then tried to kill her with a bug by releasing it in through a window she could easily aim a gun through, while Jango has just been perched on an awning watching the whole time.

None of that made sense.

Invite Jedi into your ship.

Give them non-poisoned food.

Blow up their ship WHICH THEY ARE NOT INSIDE.

Pump a visible and highly suspicious gas into the room.

I'm not sure which is a worse assassination attempt. Oh wait, these guys would have been hunted down by the entire Republic for killing Jedi. At least Jango was being a tiny bit reasonable.

The prequel trilogy is fascinating to me because of what it does to my memory. There are no less then three times in my life that I distinctly recall recommending Episode II as the best of the three because I have literally forgotten that that was the movie with the romance scenes. They were so bad my brain consistently blocks them out.

I'm ready. The real JENGA battle takes place in a bar with a lovely draft/bottle selection, though. Therein lies the challenge.

But knowing this, why would you choose the bears? FO will not determine my destiny! Nevah!

I agree, it is the only place to do battle. Name your spot and it's on.

Have you seen the 70-minute review of the Phantom Menace? Good stuff. The reviewer does it pretending he's some crazy guy, but all his points are valid, and he picks it apart pretty badly.

Updated mine. This isn't my real hair btw, I had like four wigs on me at the time.

Meant the actor actually, but that's a good next topic for RP gaf. Not that I think signs have any bearing on personality, but some things seem right. Anyway, let the info gathering continue!

I'm a Virgo.

What kind of traits do Leos have and are they accurate for you?

lol

Had to look them up.

Generous and warmhearted
Creative and enthusiastic
Broad-minded and expansive
Faithful and loving

but... on the dark side.

Pompous and patronizing
Bossy and interfering
Dogmatic and intolerant

I agree with all the positive qualities, but the negative stuff is totally false. :D

Its unreal how much you look like my Father-in-Law.

Which wouldn't be to crazy, we just got done playing Terarria together.

There was once a time when people used to say my resemblance to Leonardo Dicaprio was uncanny, back in my teens and early 20's.

Now some other dude is getting the "You look like Leo!" bit and I'm getting "you look like my wife's old man."

Time to drink.

Aquarius here. I don't really remember what we're supposed to act like. I think there was something to do with art and creativity so I guess that much is true.

Oh man, the romance scenes. So amazing.

Anakin comes off as so incredibly rape-y and Natalie Portman tries so hard to make it work but she can't mold shit in to art.

I think my favorite scene was something like

Padme: Democracy is great.
Anakin: I think we need the strong hand of a dictator.
Padme: Anakin, that's terrible.
Anakin: Sometimes you need force!

Which is, like, okay. Foreshadowing. He's going to join a dictatorship one day. But they try to play it as part of his courtship of Padme and she just sort of laughs off the fact that he just said something incredibly psychotic. The real lesson of the trilogy isn't that Anakin went insane, it was that Padme already was!

The Water Carrier
January 21 to February 19

Traditional
Aquarian Traits

Friendly and humanitarian
Honest and loyal
Original and inventive
Independent and intellectual

On the dark side....

Intractable and contrary
Perverse and unpredictable
Unemotional and detached

This is why I think astrology is bullshit.

I know that feel, bro.

Circa 2000, I looked so much like Heath Ledger on that poster for A KNIGHTS TALE that was plastered all over NYC, that people would sometimes address me as "Heath."

Don't worry to much about it. He's 37, my Mother-in-Law is robbin that cradle.

Sagittarius Personality

People born under this sign can be described as adventurers, always in need for space and independency. Many of them are afraid to be tamed and they constantly crave for new experiences.

Sagittarians have a very developed sense of self-respect and self-confidence. When they have a goal to be achieved they give their all energy, so sometimes they may appear too aggressive or impulsive.

Nevertheless, they can be compassionate towards other people when they want to be, especially towards the ones they care about. Sagittarius people respect morality, customs and traditions.
Don't disagree with all of it, but the middle paragraph is crazytimes.

And for the hell of it, astrological ~*compatibility*~

Sagittarius Compatibility

Sagittarius and Aries: an ideal match. Both signs are active and enthusiastic about the word, so this combination is never boring. They aim for similar goals in life, so the marriage between Sagittarius and Aries could be very successful and beneficial. One issue they can encounter is problems in the bedroom but if they overcome it, the two signs are in for a joyful ride.

Sagittarius and Taurus: different types of people. Taurus could be displeased with Sagittarius’s need to search for new experiences. Sagittarius could become bored of Taurus’s practicality and need for stability. Taurus wants to create a perfect home, while Sagittarius is always ready to leave it. Their happiness is usually short-lived.

Sagittarius and Gemini: two opposites attract. They are both positive and passionate about many things and not likely to settle down in one place. The problem is that Gemini is likely to criticize Sagittarius for wasting energy. Their union could be very exciting but it also can be very short. The main requirement is to be supportive and patient with each other.

The first one is great, but #2 is also very nice. I like your jaw.
Thanks, and can I say I like your jaw too? (seriously).

Round two is the Rorschach test.

What do you see? O_O
Is it weird that all I see here are two hippos with snake tongues and monkeys on their backs climbing up to a launching ship? Honestly can't see anything else.
i hate those tests

I'm on the 21st of May, some websites say Gemini and others say Taurus, and it's kinda fucked me up for life. What are the concrete dates? Who am I?

Public School 612. They have all the appropriate supplies.

Oh you. Pun-gaf strikes again, I guess.

Yeah that's what I assumed.

It's a compliment. ^_^

He just did an awesome Crystal Skull review.

Will watch.

Let's see for Virgos...

Good
- Analytical
- Observant
- Helpful
- Reliable
- Precise

Bad
- Skeptical
- Fussy
- Inflexible
- Cold
- Interfering

"People look up to Virgo for friends because they are straight thinkers and solve problems logically. They are truthful, loyal and determined. Some people might find them cold or emotionally detached because they live in their minds, not in their emotions and feelings."

Huh. Well, shit. That's actually pretty close. I'm often 'disallowed' from debates about women by guys because they say I don't 'act' line one (as I'm driven by cold logic most of the time). Don't think I'm fussy or inflexible, though. Just a bit emotionally flat.

I don't understand why people love that so much :_\

I tried watching it a couple times and couldn't make it past the 10 minute mark.

Don't 'love' it, but he did a great job articulating everything I had a problem with about the movie.

Every girl I know "doesn't act like a girl." It's almost like people can have a distinct personalty not tied to gender identity or something.

Or real girls don't exist D:
