is that a kilt

Trying to out-bad dress Jeffrey.

So what do you think Sac will want for a head case like Cousins?

Beasley got two second round picks. Cousins has more value because he fits better into the NBA and the Kings aren't trying to clear cap space, but he's been horrible in the NBA and was horrible in HS and he needs a ton of development.

I really do believe all DMC needs is a vet to take him under his wing and slap some sense into him. Like a Timmy or a KG or someone like that.

Ainge don't give a fuck. He rolls dice on the Ricky Davis and Starbury's of the world and Cousins makes peanuts if you talking NBA money.

Right, but Petrie won't trade him for peanuts since he's the only player on the Kings who has star potential and the Celtics probably won't give up very much for him since he was one of the worst players in the league last season and seems to have gotten worse. Maybe if they believe they have no shot at doing anything this year, they could trade Pierce for some pieces and some of those are sent back to the Kings for Cousins. That could happen, but I don't think a team will be able to just steal him despite this situation because he's the only potential building block on the entire roster.

We'll take Cousins off your hands if you take RJ's contract off ours.

Plus, think of the hilarious GIF potential with Cousins on a Popovich/Duncan team

Another great thing about award voting: Cousins was unbelievably bad in his rookie year and somehow got a ton of third place ROY votes while Monroe got few.

RotY is pretty much a PPG vote. It's stupid, but that's seemingly the only the only thing the voters judge unless it's some crazy rebounder/passer that comes through.

i mean its translated into english about as well as you can

translating it literally wouldnt make any sense grammatically

like it says hes calling them shitheads, and while what hes saying is v similar in meaning it robs him of all his poetry

Just got back from the Clips game...Lots of disappointed Oregon Ducks fans. lol

Hell of a game though especially once the Blazers went on a run and CP3 and Mo exploded at the end.

It's been a while since I've been to Staples and it's crazy how much of a push Sterling is doing there with the Clips this season. Banners and billboards everywhere.

The Kings are in such a shitty position. They're essentially going to have to give away a lottery pick for nothing. It's their fault, however, considering that Cousins attitude problems are historic.

DMC might have a really bad attitude on and off the court but right now he's averaging 13 and 11. How is that horrible?

Also, no way Kings trade cousins this season. No fucking way.

oh and it sounded like church bells when kobe missed every shot. 2012 year of cling clang

on 32% shooting?

ok

Kings are shooting just 40 percent as a team anyway. Seriously, attitude problems aside, only a few big men have as much/more potential than DMC.

Edit:

Also, front office sucks for building a team full of chuckers and no pass first PG. Westphal is just a really stupid coach as well. I mean dude makes Jimmer guard Batum and changes complete line-ups even when the current one is kicking ass. He also played Jason Thompson at small forward last year.

Kings removed Cousins from their pregame intro. A lot of King fans are speculating that this is a power play by Wesphal to distract from Tyreke's comments that the Kings players have no idea what to do on offense, but that just may be desperate hope from them.

Well they aren't trading him, if that's the rest of the league's hope. I think they understand on some level that what he said wasn't a real trade demand. They're just "trying to send a message" and being real petty about it.

While sources with knowledge of the situation said Cousins twice indicated he wanted to be traded -- the first time coming after a Dec. 24 practice and the second after Saturday's loss to Knicks -- Cousins' contention is that it was said in response to continued assertions that he was part of the team's problem and not the solution.
"If you think I'm such a cancer to this team, then trade me now," one source claimed Cousins said while leaving a meeting with Westphal in his office Saturday night.

It sounds like some off-hand remark he falls back on and isn't wily enough to use a different remark. It sounds like he's unhappy with what the team is and being blamed.

"But right now, the guy -- as good as he is talented, that's how much he is emotional. He'll show everything. And in this game, you have to have short-term memory. Learn to forget about it and move on. ... I've talked to [Cousins] so many times on the practice court, in the games, during the middle of the game, just so he doesn't have an outburst, just so his mood and his spirits will stay up and he'll see the brighter picture."

But what is the brighter picture? Evans said after the last game that the offense has no direction and the team doesn't know what is really expected from the offense. Tyreke has long been given a pass while others get blame. Hawes questioned things here and was traded. Casspi spoke up and was traded. I think Beno did as well.

This feels like Westphal's lockerrom revolt in Seattle, but with a lack of powerful veterans to organize it and carry it through.

Cousins has emotional outbursts, but that's good and bad. It's one thing to be a cancer that is a distraction to the team, but that cancer that is the team quietly accepting losing without emotion is very damaging as well. The players should be upset at the front office and coaching. It's a mess. The roster makes no sense, the players have learned nothing. Petrie talks about Cousins improving himself, but he is one of the few Kings that has. He's better on defense, he's in better shape and is causing chaos inside for the other team. He's just got one problem: finishing strong. Meanwhile, a guy like Tyreke is the same exact player he was as a rookie. Jason Thompson and Garcia still make dumb mistakes like a rookie might.

The most frustrating part is Westphal taking Cousins' anger and using it to try to save his job. If its true that it was an angry reply then I can't imagine anyone in the FO is dumb enough to take it seriously. They've already said they aren't trading him and didn't announce it as a trade demand to open offers, but to basically spite Cousins.

You ask maturity of him and yet you go about it in a petty way? The only reason you use the trade demand line in the PR if you aren't looking to trade him is try to turn people against him. What kind of shit is that?
