Real Pic January!

Just got Castlevania SOTN on the PSN store. So good! The music is just fantastic. This is really taking me back a few years.

I was fully decked out this morning going to work. The only thing that was cold were my eyelids. Everything else was toasty warm.

That being said, fuck driveways and the snow that fills them.

I really ought to invest in some gloves and a hat.

But yeah, my hair froze on the way to work today

Was I really the only one impressed by this? Really?

This thread has 10 new pages whenever I check it and the subject of discussion keeps changing way to rapidly...

Pretty cool pic, which most of us missed anyway. I would've liked a pic with Chris Cornell though.

Not the PS3 version I bet, ahaha.

I actually might end up playing Dark Souls.

I found out when talking to my brother yesterday that you can save and quit at places other than bonfires. This makes the game way more accessible to me as I thought I needed to dedicate a large amount of uninterrupted time to it, so I could never really get to it.

You ever played Demon's Souls? I think it's a better game and the online is still pretty active. Dark Souls is still great though, and yeah both games pretty much saves your every action.

I'm still debating if i should get Dark Souls, i like a challenge, but not a goddam-fuck-this shit-controller-against-the-wall-challenge.

I didn't end up buying a PS3 of my own until just before Dark Souls was announced, so I figured I'd wait. I might end up borrowing Demon's off my brother if I find I really enjoy Dark Souls.

How does Dark Souls compare with, say, Devil May Cry 3?

Not really comparable. It's slow and deliberate. You're at basically no advantage over any random enemy other than rational thought.

It's kind of like Ghosts & Goblins in a way. Not so much in the mechanics, but that each encounter is a lesson in how to get further.

So I woke up this morning at the buttcrack of dawn and as I'm fumbling to turn my alarm off, I notice an odor. Its a distinct odor that can only be associated with the pungent aroma that comes from the inside of a dog's anus. I go in search of the source and find that my dog had emptied his entire bowls completely over my kitchen floor. It would be kind of ok if he had just left a steamy pile, but no, I guess he was afraid of what his asshole was doing because he seamingly ran around the kitchen at high speed delivering gooey little presents every few inches until he had a virtual skating rink of shit smeared across my linoleum.

He's lucky I'm an animal lover or he'd be one dead pooch. Needless to say, I'm in a foul mood this morning.

Going to get a kick of how you'll respond to playing the souls games. If I see a late night tweet it'll be success and obsession in a neat package.

Sorry but that is hilarious to read. Feel bad for you having to clean up all that though. :p

I would happily pay $30 for a 3DS version of this with a well done 3D effect and a touchscreen inventory system.

You look a bit like that guy from Clerks.

Anyway... it seems it is more of a sausage fest then usual in this thread at the moment.

Just the difficulty level. I really enjoyed the frustrating aspects of DMC3.

Dmc 3 on the hardest setting is probably more difficult. With the souls games if you take your time and learn the enemy's moves and animations its pretty manageable.

When your clothes say dry-cleaning only, you better dry-clean only! I machine-wash & dry a dress pants, rushed to work and slapped them on. Didn't realized how much it has shrunk. I'm hella high watered and it's hella tight. I already feel embarassed and I have a lucheon with the new boss today. @_@

Yeah I have basically stopped drying my pants. They always shrink up and look really stupid. I just wash them and hang them up and they always fit much better. Same goes for jeans too.

Just make sure you sit so your package is split down the middle. Nothing shows a new boss your assertiveness like a flagrant display of your moose knuckle.

Often you can wash and dry them so long as you use a super light heat setting on the dryer. Or, you can hang-dry them.

Morning, gaf.

Drip drying them is all I've ever done, the only time I'll take anything to a cleaner is if there is a really bad stain that I can't seem to get out.

I used to hate the way line dried clothes felt, but now that it's the winter time and I can't dry them out in the wind and sun, I kinda miss the smell and feel of it. :(

It's not too late to join, right? Gonna change mine later today to my Tumblr/Twitter picture.

it's usually the agitation/spin that makes fibers tighten up... knits can usually be salvaged with some patience but anything with interlining or finished seams is pretty much done for, and the dryer only makes it worse. I try not to machine dry anything I care about.

There are plenty of women here, but of course guys would be more likely to post as themselves. It was established early on when the first female adopters were met with creepy PMs.
