This isn't really the thread, but I find the most important thing is to get used to approaching anyone cold and striking up a conversation about any old shit. If you only ever focus on approaching women who you find attractive you can end up thinking that doing so is actually different from approaching anyone else; it's really not, people click or they don't. It's just six of one, half a dozen of the other.

Actually, for awhile in college I was wearing color contacts (prescription of course.) My eyes are naturally blue, but I wanted to make them brown! It was interesting to do for a little while. I love brown eyes, but I've finally accepted my blue ones.

I would really love dark brown eyes, but I get so many compliments on my green eyes that I don't know anymore.

I was terrified of getting contacts and having to touch my eyes that I didn't do it for the longest time. Eventually, my desire to wear costume contacts for cosplay made me get over my fear. Still prefer glasses, though.

Yennefer has ruined violet eyes forever. My eyes are actually hazel, but when I smoke they go green so I usually forget. Gray eyes are a mixed bag, they can be a little intense sometimes and make you look like a Siberian husky.

My eyes switch between blue and green, but they also have a lot of gray and theres a broken gold ring about my pupils. Girls love em.

As someone who wore glasses for many years, I really don't like glasses. I think almost everyone with glasses looks better without them. Got laser eye surgery a year ago and never looked back. I love my vision so much now.

Sunglasses are awesome though.

I actually like eyes so dark they look black. And yeah, that definitely seems to be the case. Really, if I could have dark tan skin, black eyes, and black hair I would love it. But then I'd probably want something else.

I don't think I've ever met anyone who didn't like lighter eyes more, wow. My family is pretty mixed (well, Hispanic but there's enough European in there that light eyes pop up every so often) so light eyes have always been considered much much better.

My mum has amber/yellow eyes and I feel cheated out of them. >:( Hell I've been thinking of getting amber contacts because I hate my boring brown eyes.

What's it like being able to shoot lasers from your eyes? That's what laser eye surgery is, right?

Haha, well I certainly don't actively dislike blue eyes in general. My boyfriend also has blue eyes. Maybe it is just my experience with my family, since everyone in my family has brown eyes and I am the only one with blue (my father's family has plenty of people with blue eyes, but because of religion we see them almost never and they don't feel like family.) Sometimes it's a little lonely.

Really? I'm jealous of my brother since he got all the dominant coloration. It just looks so nice to me.
 
The though of laser eye surgery is like a nightmare.

Doctor: "So we're just going to cut part of your cornea off and shoot a laser in there and you'll be able to see better!"

Me: "Yeah fuck this shit."
 
Boring brown eyes checking in. My father has gray eyes that look badass but somehow I missed out on them. Only one out of six sibs got the gray.( one of my sisters)

I just spent way too long looking for a clip from the episode of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy where Billy goes to an ophthalmologist to illustrate my feelings about contact lenses, but I couldn't find a good video. To summarize, the ophthalmologist demonstrates how to put in a contact and horribly mangles his eye in the process.

Anyway, as far as color goes, I'm pretty happy with my blue eyes.
