I know how you feel. I used to draw all the time, but I'm a bit too embarrassed to show my old artwork, especially since I have friends who are so much better.

To give you another example, I excelled at drawing rocks than any other student in a geology lab. xD

Probably the most misunderstood phrase of any artist. Style comes with practice, repetition, and study. It's not something you have to go searching for; it's something you already have. Sort of like chiseling a rock to uncover the diamonds underneath.

Just keep drawing. Your fox drawing captures the likeness very well. Now go do more of them.
