So do you guys have any cool scars? Usually cool scars have cool stories to go along with them.
First one is right above my left eye, don't remember how old I was but I was little. Me, my brother, and our friend made a fort out of chairs and sheets to sleep in overnight; we had two of the chairs up on the couch to get a higher roof. In the morning the sheet had drooped down so much it was almost touching the floor; my brother and friend got out and tried to tighten it back up.
Bam! Chair hits me in the face. My mom takes us to emergency and they take me in the back to get me ready for stitches; well, I ain't having none of that so I start slugging the nurses and doctors, knocking stuff over. They strap me into this restraint thing and give me a shot of sedative, that freaks me out even more and since my head is the only thing I can move, I start headbutting everyone. They give me another shot of the sedative and I go under.
Second one is on the back of my head, I was about 5 or so, in kindergarten. I was playing with my brother and he was pulling/pushing me while I sat in this little red basket with wheels. He pushed me from the kitchen into the TV room where I would stop against a pile of clothes by the fireplace; I hit the clothes and fell backwards, smacking my head onto the edge of the stone.
Blood everywhere -- I'm screaming, my brother's screaming; my Dad runs in, sees what's happened and rushes us to the same emergency and doctors as before. When I get to the back with the doctor, he says to give me two of the sedative shots; the nurse asks "Are you sure? That's a lot for a kid."
"Trust me." he says. lol. I go under but can still remember waking up to the sting of them cleaning the wound and scrubbing it out, and the "Ka-chunk! Ka-chunk!" of the staples going into my skull.
My most recent scar is currently healing; I went to the dentist on Thursday to get some fillings and as he was pulling the drill out, my lip slipped from its held position right into the drill and got a small chunk taken out of it. Blood all down my neck and it wouldn't stop bleeding for at least 5 minutes. I felt it too, because I've built up a resistance to the numbing agent over the last two months. That was fun.
I have many, many other scars as well, but they're not that interesting.
