Nothing much, though it's 10am in the morning here. Will sleep in a bit, just need to post something next page and i'm off! [edit] whoops next page already so post merge;

So the poster idea from earlier got me thinking (as a little something other than/pre-collage mosaic);

The original file is something like 20+MB and you can clearly make out every avatar, even in the the believe text, lol. I'll upload it if anyone wants, for use in a print or something as someone mentioned earlier.

Nice! Took forever to find mine though. And my face is half covered up. ;.; Oh well, not everyone can be on top.

One of the problems of going out drinking in San Diego is that far too many places have last call well before 2AM. Which is why having a local BevMo is pretty great!

I'm sober!

I'm just drunk on video editing

Suuuuuuuure. Video editing requires mental lubrication. It is known.

Same with LA. Didn't bother to hit any bars after dinner tonight. Plenty of wine on the rack after all, and driving here is a pain (for my driver, of course), so best to stay in after hours.

Well don't worry, the thread wouldn't be the same without them.

I promise more scintillating posts in the future. For tonight, though, all I can offer are the ramblings of someone with a slightly submerged brain. :D

I'm back and knee deep in 2 buck chuck. What's up, late-night gaf? :D

About to watch Terminator 2. Good workout?

You live in San Diego? I was down in PB last weekend. Fun times.

Also, I'm surprised to see that not only do you not look like PSH, but you look a lot like one of my college buddies.

I--I never asked for this.

I didn't sign a release form! Oh wait. GAF already owns the right to my avatar . . . to me! Damn you, NeoGAF! Damn you!

Indeed, also just found H.P in the bottom middle getting out flexed by some dude with his muscle in her face. :lol

sowwy! The mosaic collage i'll do in a few days will be better since everyone'll be clearly visible instead of being a pileup collage, which you're right, not everyone can be on top in.

OK, NOW i'm really going to bed, for realz. i'll leave with this to show how sleepy i look;

I always spend less on drinks when I'm in LA, so it has that going for it. Austin is pretty incredible, though - I love that city. Would love to make it out to SXSW this year.

Haha, awesome. I'm sad to say I've never been drinking in PB, but for New Years me and a couple of buddies went up and down Gaslamp. Lots of fun.

And with that, goodnight drunk GAF.

Just a 20 min of stretching and sit-ups/push ups. I sit in front of the comp waaaay longer than is healthy. Felt good, though. T2 sounds nice as well. I just watched the first episode of the 2nd season of the British Sherlock Tv series. Sooooo good.

LA seems crazy expensive for drinks. I guess by that knowledge it's easy to say, eh, and not go out at all (which is what I usually do). Much cheaper to enjoy at home. :) Anyway, night!

Do give us more of your alcohol-infused thoughts!

Right now I'm wondering why ankles were designed in such a flimsy manner. Horses are particularly subject to this gross oversight. :O

I've had some of the best, most poignant conversations of my life while drunk/with drunk people.

H.PROTAGONIST WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE DISNEY MOVIE

The Sword in the Stone! Or maybe Rescuers Down Under...?

Rum and coke, timedog on cam, yessssssssssssssssssssss.

A few years back, I started talking to a girl I'd known in college, and we carried on a relationship on skype for the better part of 3 months before we were in the same city. Looking back, it was kinda different, but hearing that skype ringtone would always make me so happy.

The Sword in the Stone! Or maybe Rescuers Down Under...?

That is a good point about ankles. They do seem to be a bit ridiculously designed. Although I must say they are quite beautiful.

Huh, I'm suddenly realizing that the parts I find most sexy on people are the parts that connect parts to other parts. Ankles, wrists, necks... so sexy!

And those are some unusual choices! I've always rather liked The Rescuers Down Under.

Any love for BEDKNOBS AND BROOMSTICKS?

Do like, and no, my workout was not my favorite workout. :P

Really? I would have pegged you as more of a "modern" Disney fan for some reason.

Eh? Why? I'm not much of a Disney fan at all, to be honest. Last Unicorn, Unico, Mermaid Forest... Those are the kinds of 'cartoons' I grew up with.

You like connecting bits? They are romantic in a strange way, but very breakable. :( Necks are quite lovely, though... And hurray for RDU!

How much reverence can you have for a Supreme Being who finds it necessary to include such phenomena as phlegm and tooth decay in His divine system of Creation?

Also, <3 The Rescuers Down Under.

This is one of the greatest scenes ever:

Cody finds Marahute

That music is amazing.

Really love this.

That reminds me of the first time I got a twisted ankle just from your standard jumping on a trampoline. I seriously remember wondering how the human body could possibly be put together so inefficiently.

Wrists I can see. People associate wrists with things like a hand brushing against your face. Necks are kind of obvious.

Ankles...you're on your own there, Lissar.

My list would probably have eyes at the top.

Even though I like Disney, if we're talking favorite cartoons ever (hell, favorite movies in general?) The Last Unicorn and The Secret of NIMH would take the top two spots easily.

I am lucky in that I have never broken/sprained those bits before. Though I think that is a bit unusual as it seems almost everyone has! Now bruises everywhere, that's what I seem to get. I'm so clumsy. Actually a month ago I fell down a steep staircase and landed on the edge of a bookcase, slicing up my chest and bruising my ribs (and everything else.) Fortunately everything else has healed, except my ribs :< They still really hurt if I move wrong!

The Last Unicorn is a trip. Definitely watch it.

Another rather dark animated film was The Secret of Nimh.

Edit: beaten like the Detroit Lions by Lissar.

It's not that I associate them with anything, it's just the smooth curving lines that attract my attention. Maybe it's the artist in me, I don't know.

Just looked up The Last Unicorn...

how have I not seen this.

It has Jeff Bridges as a bumbling prince, it's gold!

Soooo true. Great stuff. Under-appreciated in my mind.

I had to ask.

About both.

Alas no. Just unfortunate timing with our earlier conversation. ;P

The Secret of NIMH! That's the other one. Amazing and very impacting to a kid.

And, eeesh about your fall. I've had my ankle literally kicked out of socket if that helps ease the pain of your bruised ribs at all. ;)

Just looked up The Last Unicorn...

how have I not seen this.

Please watch it! It was amazing. The themes were very adult and very serious.

Actually, have you read the original book? I know some people don't like it, but I love both equally.

There was also a short (60 page) story for it published a few years ago, but it didn't grab me.

I have, actually. It was also pretty moving. There are details that you don't see in the movie. I might revisit it now that I'm reminded of it.

Anyway, I'm fading fast. Great talking with you guys. I'm off to dream dreams of T2, unicorns and ankles. I wish you all a pleasant night. :)

I watched Watership Down as a kid.

After the part where it was HORRIBLY MENTALLY SCARRING FOR YEARS, I quite enjoyed it when I was older.

I still haven't seen the movie, but I ABSOLUTELY COMPLETE ADORE the book.

It is the one book I feel ends perfectly and completely. I felt satisfied with it in I way I haven't felt before.

It really comes full circle, with the descriptions of primroses at both ends.

I love the quote in this poster:

The problem with the movie is that it's too compressed. Really awesome scenes from the book are resolved in five minutes in the film.

The hares in Brian Jacques books are killer.

Notable for eating vast amounts of food and being furiously brave.

And speaking with ridiculous accents.

But no, I love the hares actually. Them and the otters are the best (can't stand shrews though.)
