Do those jpg from imgur are really that bad in comparison to png? Because i even earlier was disagreeing with OT topic, but i thought it made sense for 1920x1080 shots, but after some experimenting i think even 1080p can look great on imgur.

The imgur shots look like shit. Just look at the Witcher 2 screen. Imgur dragged the screen into an alley way and well...

Thats the point that those shots are near quality of 90% JPEG.

Minus has all of those things too, yet it doesn't feel the need to shit all over your images.

I like minus especially for ability to upload gifs, but its slower and galleries has less functionality [You cant sort by name/date whole gallery for example], also uploader is worse.
You're talking about imgur shitting on screens in comparison to PNG, but actually more than halfs screens in this topic are in JPG, so how is that relevant?
I dont mind using other services, just imgur isnt bad as people think.

Don't know you've tried it, but if there is anything I can do to improve Picpar, let me know. I think our site is pretty fast even compared to imgur. It's A LOT faster than abload, which many people seem to use in here.
Crysis 2 SDK Included map, "Forest". Downsampled from x1200.
No real options of setting graphical settings beside changing between Low, Medium and High in the config. I just liked the map, looks nice. Walking through it almost has an Alan Wake feel to it.

I see the 2nd shot having a layer of artifacts put on it on almost every edge visible. Also geralt's back/clothes appear desaturated, loosing some of its color. All in all it might not be that easy to spot but considering the image itself is very "noisy" to begin with that's not surprising. If one takes a clean game with tons of edges, like for example Mirrors Edge and then rape it with compression - then it'll be much easier to spot.
I took an old Mirrors Edge screen of mine and uploaded it both to imgur and abload, then cropped them and reuploaded them both to the same site. In this scene it is painfully apparent what compression does to your screen, it is almost akin to bumping down the visual settings a notch in conjunction with having slapped on a blur filter, the loss of detail is obvious :

What do you mean with doesn't make any sense? I cannot think of something that ENB could have influenced.

The game has no AA built in as far as i can tell, but yeah Rochard is really good.

For NVIDIA add Rochard to game profiles in driver control panel then use Inspector to set AA compatibility bit (non-DX1x one) for this new profile to 0x004000C1. Then you just force desired AA level in driver control panel and use GeForce SSAA tool to turn SSAA on (all this could probably be done inside Inspector itself but I tend to use official tools whenever possible).
