Drummond is the embodiment of Wizard culture, I don't think he would have much of a problem playing for the Wiz.
If anything Drummond seems to be smart kid if he's staying in college. He was done a disservice in HS because they didn't make him play in the post and let him get cute on the perimeter. UConn is one of the few colleges where guys stay and actually get better. AAU ball, ruining promising players since the mid 90's.

The only highlight NBA.com or ESPN had of the Jazz last night was Al making a wide-open jumper, awesome. I can't believe neither of the Millsap-Howard plays even made the game highlight reel, I am raged.

You see guys like Wall always attempting layups in the half court against a set D or Blatche never getting in the post. You stop these things by saying "STOP FUCKING DOING THAT" and pulling them if they don't listen.
And it's not just the Wizards. Not getting the ball to Dwight in the post, not demanding Bosh to attack the basket, Pringles not actually coaching defense...it happens all the time in the NBA where coaches are just gigantic dumb pussies that are game managers more than they are teachers of the game of basketball.

After his third season. His rookie season he showed he was still as dumb as he is now but he was actually a very promising player. He doesn't look promising at all right now and seems to have gotten even dumber with his shot selection (contested layups he can't finish at the rim).
He seems to have gotten over his injury woes though which was a huge deal. He is going to get a top pick and we are going to probably use our money on a big free agent this summer and or amnesty Rashard so his third year is when we will see what he's made of.
So when do the Wizards get their first win? Because I thought they would have a pretty good chance today but now... I just don't know.
They play the Raptors on Tuesday, so maybe?? I honestly think they'll have to catch a team sometime down the road playing their 5th game in 6 nights while the Wizards just came off a 2 day rest.
I don't understand how they got so much worse since last season despite having nearly the exact same roster.

Not yet. That team is really really fucking bad. His attitude isn't helping either but My policy is to wait 3-4 years in before declaring true busts. He had a solid year last year and is talented. Kid just needs to actually get coached for the first time in his life.
Flip needs to be let go...if not for the team for his own sake.
They also need to get rid of some of the dumbasses on that team. Blatche is a cancer. Nick Young has too much swag. Crawford thinks he's god. And MCgee is....McGee.
Surround Wall with some older or smarter and more professional dudes and then see what he's got. Right now he's surrounded by idiots and lazy bums....that tends to rub off on you.

But unlike Wes and Darko, you can live with Ricky's turnovers because his positives seriously outweigh a few turnovers. I know at least 2 of them weren't his fault anyway (Randolph bobbled a pass away twice).

Yeah I'm not watching the game at all, although it's probably more entertaining than this horrid football game, just saw the box score and that line is all around absurd.
There is a lot of hate for Rubio here. I think most of it is trolling, at least I hope it is. He's looked a lot better than I was expecting.
This post sums up all the problems I have with this team perfectly. Wasn't able to catch the first half but it looks like another day of Wizards basketball.
And no one except the Cavs duo is actually hating on Rubio.
The Sixers have actually looked really good this season though.
I say it will be against the Raptors because Toronto will be playing their 4th game in 5 nights when they play the Wiz on Tuesday and they've looked pretty bad against athletic teams this season. And Washington will be coming in with a day of rest. It'll happen Tuesday. Has to happen Tuesday.

Irving is going to be playing on dead legs in the second half of the season. He has not even completed a full year of college yet. He will have to get used to the grind and Rubio will get the media attention.
